I was very pleased with the rapid response to my request for a bid on some work that I wanted to have done. Their bid was a fair one. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. We had a minor problem with the installation and someone was at our house the next
day to correct the issue.

We just had our kitchen counters replaced and as a result needed dishwasher, gas stove and garbage disposal to be reconnected. The plumbing under sink had to be reworked in order to reinstall the faucet. Steve got Nick and Dom here pretty quickly. Nick did a great job, tested everything thoroughly to ensure no leaks. We were surprised by the price (per the job not by the hour) but a-lot did need to be done and Nick was exceptional. Good service. We'll call them again.

Called over labor day weekend and Steve answered right away. I explained the issue and he suggested a few steps I could take. Asked if I still wanted him to come by and take a look so I said yes. He was onsite within an hour. Checked everything out, and all was working fine. I cannot say enough how quick and thorough Steve was, even over a holiday weekend! Will definitely call again should I need any plumbing services, highly recommended.

Well we had little to no service from Mr Beaton. Called to have our shower handle looked and fixed only to have him come out and say he was gonna order a part. That was over a week ago. He never ordered any part and didnt care enough to call and tell us till we called him today! .... horrible service!

Spent thousands of dollars on a job that I admit was not pleasant to do, but he did it and collected the money. Had a problem with one part of the job about 2 months later and asked him to take a look at it and let me know what he finds. He said he would come over later that day. He never showed.. tried calling him back with no response. Texted him with no response. Gave up and called another plumbing company and they are coming over to look at it for me. I have used him in the past for my household plumbing needs and this rental house need as well with no issues, but I will not use him again for anything. There is no excuse for at least a call back and tell me he just doesn't want to do the job even though I have always paid him what he asked for with no questions. Just want to let you people out there to know that his people skills are not that great.

Great plumber! Very reasonable and very professional! Have used him on several projects and always fixes everything perfectly without any issues! Great water flow which was a major issue in my new construction and we don't get burned when someone flushed the toilet or the washer comes on.. can't say enough great things about Steve Beaton Plumbing!

First time was great - timely, fair price, good work. Second time - no show and no call back on the agreed day and time. I stayed home waiting for 5 hours. I'll find someone else

After telling me he would come in a couple hours or first thing in the morning, he didn't show in a couple hours and never called to let me know that his plans had changed. When I tried to call him the next day to find out when he was coming he never answered either phone number listed and he doesn't delete his voicemails so you can't leave him a message. Really frustrating to have a professional completely ignore you after they say they can help.

Steve is the greatest! He is honest and helpful and really knows what he is doing. He has been helping us out since we moved into our house and I would never consider having anyone else but him come take care of problems. If you want a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest worker, Steve is your guy. He has shown up within 15 minutes of calling him to he take care of things. That is good service :)
