I called Steve Beaton Plumbing with no water at the house due to a leak in the main line coming into the house. He had Dave come out that evening to check out the issue. Everyone that has come to the house was very polite and helpful. As more issues were found Dave and his staff made sure that we had water again and also replaced the hot water heater that was also damaged. This is the 3rd time I have used Steve and his crew. Thank you so much for making sure that we didn't have to go with out water another day.

Won't use again and would not recommend. Very poor client service and exhorbitant rates.
We needed a garbage disposal installed. They did not advise that the unit we purchased did not have a pigtail included in the box when they took it out, but they installed the disposal anyway, charging us $256 an hour in the process. Then they advised that we needed to have an electrician come and complete the installation after we got a pigtail! When we discovered a small leak in the side of the sink with the disposal we called to have them come back to rectify it, but we did not get a return reply. Felt like cancelling the check.

If they had advised that there was no pigtail included with the unit when they took it out of the box, we could have gone to get one and had it wired before the installation. Instead our electrician had to lay on his back and contort the wiring into place.

Great service. Our garbage disposal was jammed. He was the only one who could make an emergency call. His guys arrived within 20 minutes, confirmed the jam, then removed the unit to try and removed the jam. SUCCESS!

His guys were professional and courteous . Highly recommended.

Such great service. In the middle of a major remodel, we've had Steve Beaton Plumbing help us with bathroom upgrades, install of a tankless water heater, and uninstall/reinstall of sinks and a gas cooktop during countertop replacement. They are friendly and professional, even giving us their cell phone numbers so we can contact them to work around our schedules. Matt, Nick, and David have been fantastic partners to work with. Highly recommended!

We didn't have the best experience with Steve - while he was able to help fix a leak under the kitchen sink, we also needed his help fixing a bath tub diverter. He took off the bath tub faucet head & let us know that he would order the part and get the job done within the week. I called a week later to follow up & he said he would get the part in the next few days. After not hearing back for a few more days, I called back & he said he was too busy to track down the part.

If he was too busy to do the work, he shouldn't have set the expectation that the job could be done in a week. Why didn't he at least put the faucet head back on? My tenant has been without a shower for 2+ weeks now while I could've gone and talked to a different plumber. Even worse, they can't even take baths anymore because he took the faucet head off. Very disappointing experience & I will not recommend or use his services again in the future.

I was very pleased with the rapid response to my request for a bid on some work that I wanted to have done. Their bid was a fair one. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. We had a minor problem with the installation and someone was at our house the next
day to correct the issue.

We just had our kitchen counters replaced and as a result needed dishwasher, gas stove and garbage disposal to be reconnected. The plumbing under sink had to be reworked in order to reinstall the faucet. Steve got Nick and Dom here pretty quickly. Nick did a great job, tested everything thoroughly to ensure no leaks. We were surprised by the price (per the job not by the hour) but a-lot did need to be done and Nick was exceptional. Good service. We'll call them again.

Called over labor day weekend and Steve answered right away. I explained the issue and he suggested a few steps I could take. Asked if I still wanted him to come by and take a look so I said yes. He was onsite within an hour. Checked everything out, and all was working fine. I cannot say enough how quick and thorough Steve was, even over a holiday weekend! Will definitely call again should I need any plumbing services, highly recommended.
