These guys are amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. Williams was willing to go above and beyond to help my family out when we needed it. He stayed after hours until the job was done at around 8:00 pm. AND... one of my neighbors walked by and asked him to take a look at something in her house... and he actually went to help her. No appointment. No call. Williams just went to work at 8:00 pm for somebody who asked for his help.

Stephens also replaced all of the air conditioning ducts in my entire house a while back.

They are awesome. Hire these guys.

Absolute wonderful experience with Stephens Plumbing. Galan was on time,professional,and didn't try to upsell the job.
He came to inspect the job on a Saturday afternoon. After seeing that it was a 2 person job,made arrangements to come back on Monday,to take care of the issue......caused by another plumbing company!
Monday rolled around,and he arrived at 10 am,when he said he would,with his co-worker Arturo. By 1:00 pm,the repair was complete!
During the repair process,Galan made no attempts at up selling the job,and also confirmed that the ""other guys"" (the same guys that caused the issue),were not telling the truth about the current condition of drain system.

Pedro nailed it!! Had wonky pvc line outside house that ran down our two story house. He was able to reroute and eliminated unsightly line. He also wired new thermostat.

I appreciate that I called at the end of the day, right after business hours, and Omar came to my business to look at our AC leak within in the hour. (I had to pay after hours price, which wasn't too bad). I was calling around and having a hard time finding a company who repairs commercial AC's. He was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking AC and everything was up and running in no time. Omar also gave me tips on how to keep the AC running its best. Stephens is who I will call whenever I need repairs.

These guys installed a water heater for us 2.5 years ago. Instead of installing the proper water heater, they went ahead and decided to install a commercial water heater into a residential home. We were told that everything was the same and that there were no downside to using a commercial unit. What they don't tell you is that the commercial units have a significantly shorter warranty than the residential (Only 1 year parts and 3 years heater vs 3 year parts and 6 years heater).

So fast forward 2 and half years later, we have a parts issue with the burner and for the average person with a residential unit and warranty it would have been an easy parts replacement covered by the manufacturer. Instead we are stuck with an $800 part replacement.

Our Hot water Heater died on us. Called another plumber who tried to oversell us and his quote was way to high. We called Stephen's plumbing on a referral and they were great. Came out the same day and their charge was $600. less. They were very quick and courteous. We felt they were very honest. They cleaned up up after themselves. They are definitely our new plumber.
