Our gardener accidentally ran over the main sprinkler valve so after the water department shut the water off I called Stevens. Rico came out the next morning and was beyond helpful. He could have taken one look at the old pipes and recommended replacing the entire main line however spent the extra time carefully working with the rusted out pipes and found a solutionist that saved us a few thousand dollars. He could have gouged us but instead put in the extra effort to do the right thing. Need more people like that especially for first time home owners! 10/10 recommend

Our heater broke earlier this week. Omar from Stephens was able to identify the issue and fix it in a short period of time. Very impressed by the professionalism of Omar and the receptionist at Stephens I talked to when booking this call. Highly recommended.

We used Yelp and called Stephens. The tech went to our rental in Orange and gave an estimate of well over $1,000 to do a quick fix, but highly recommended replacement of the heater at a cost of well over $3,000. He said he'd give my husband a call. He didn't so, we called another local, family owned business. They went out the same day, fixed the problem and it was $200. He cleaned it up and everything is working great. Needless to say, we're giving the other company 5 stars. They were wonderful. We feel like Stephens was gouging us and we're old.

Second time I've used this company, they sent Luis who showed up on time to take a look at my leaking shower. He gave me an estimate, popped out to get parts, and had it fixed in an hour or so. These guys are legit.

Had them come out and for a quote to redo my drains and my main bases off an assessment that was done. When the appointment was made I was told there was no obligation; the guy came looked and said he had to climb under the house which made perfect sense to get an accurate quote. He went to his car for about 10-15 minutes came back and said the office would call back to schedule to get a more accurate scope of work and quote. Two weeks have passed and still no return call. I have sense opted to take my business elsewhere; it is apparent to me they were wanting to rescope the main but where it was just done at a cost and I was not going to pay again for this. They are probably good for the small jobs but something of this magnitude your best off looking elsewhere

Much like Barbara H below, I made an appt for 8-12 and they didn't show. I called at least 10 times to get an estimate. They called me at 3:30 to say they were not coming at all. Don't waste an entire day on these people.

These guys are amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. Williams was willing to go above and beyond to help my family out when we needed it. He stayed after hours until the job was done at around 8:00 pm. AND... one of my neighbors walked by and asked him to take a look at something in her house... and he actually went to help her. No appointment. No call. Williams just went to work at 8:00 pm for somebody who asked for his help.

Stephens also replaced all of the air conditioning ducts in my entire house a while back.

They are awesome. Hire these guys.

Absolute wonderful experience with Stephens Plumbing. Galan was on time,professional,and didn't try to upsell the job.
He came to inspect the job on a Saturday afternoon. After seeing that it was a 2 person job,made arrangements to come back on Monday,to take care of the issue......caused by another plumbing company!
Monday rolled around,and he arrived at 10 am,when he said he would,with his co-worker Arturo. By 1:00 pm,the repair was complete!
During the repair process,Galan made no attempts at up selling the job,and also confirmed that the ""other guys"" (the same guys that caused the issue),were not telling the truth about the current condition of drain system.
Super pleased with my experience!
