Wow...where do I begin. I was referred to Stephen's by our realtor, who's used them for many years and has had nothing but great experiences, but wasn't sure what to expect. Called for an appointment to fix a problem with our heater and they were able to send a service team out the next day. Omar and Oscar came over, were great to work with, very professional and very experienced when it came to working on HVAC equipment. They also did a great job fixing the gas valve on my fireplace. Even the initial experience with their receptionist/scheduler was great. Thanks guys...you're now my go-to company for HVAC and plumbing

If I could give less than 1 star I would.... made an aptmt to check for a leak in my chimney valve and to secure pipes below my home ....

Aptmt from 8 to 12 did not arrive til after 12

guy does not come with the machine to check if I have a leak and suggests I break through wall to ""see if I have a leak."" Really!!!!

The guy can't give me an estimate for securing the pipes... ""I don't know how long it can take... one hour or 10 hours and you don't have time today, plus your upset."" Really!!

They wanted to make another aptmt and take another day off work!

Called to speak with manager but everyone closes shop to eat at 1pm

Don't waste your only day off on this bull!

Omar is very pleasant and professional. He did his best to service my old heater but was unable to fix the issues. He showed up on time and did quick replacement with a new wall heater and piping. I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing service!

I had an emergency with a water heater that wouldn't start after hours and Luis came out late and got it working! Amazing, friendly, and the guy obviously knows his stuff. He had it working in less than 10 minutes and explained what was happening. Highly recommended!

Jose Galan saved the day. Never imagined how bad it was until our toilets clogged up. Called Stephens plumbing as an emergency and they sent Jose Galán very profesional and knowledgeable. He wasn't able to do the job that night due to it being dark and having to go under our home at night would have been difficult and he needed the proper tools to really go in deep but he came right on time early morning which I'm thankful for him I live in a mobile home which he went under and let us know that our tubing wasn't the best constructed everything was backwards which made everything worse for the whole home in general and that was causing the blockage. Boy was he great! He advised different options and decided it was best to add what was needed. It's my first time ever having to deal with plumbing but if ever needed again I'd call Stephens plumbing again and request Galán to come help save us thank you for your work!

Not the least expensive, but were available right away to replace the HVAC and ductwork on our residential roof in the midst of a major heat wave. They did a beautiful job. Showed up when they said they would, worked all day on the roof in the heat, finished on schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and were informative and courteous the entire time. They also worked around the roofer's schedule. Would hire them again in a second. Kudos to Oscar, Freddy and Sam for making it work out so well. We are in San Pedro, NOT San Francisco, BTW.

I cringe at the word plumber and when I went outside yesterday to see I had a leak I thought to myself oh crap! The Plumber we normally would use moved out of California and I didn't know who to use so I called my buddy who said he heard Stephens was reliable. That said I called and set up an appointment. I got the 30 minute away phone call which I appreciated because I like organization and punctuation. Our technician Art showed up toting his mask for safety and was very informative and explained everything that was going on with my leak. Art did a great job explaining the process and what he needed to do to fix my problem, as my boys and I were in his ear all day. He had to cut away quite a bit of pipe which looked like a jigsaw puzzle and replaced with brand new simplified pipe that really cleaned everything up. It was original plumbing that was replaced and whoever built this place in the 60s was a clown. Anyway Art was outstanding and will now be on our family Christmas Card list, I now have a plumber who I can rely on to shoot it straight. Highly recommend these guys
