Our Water Heater stopped functioning. We called Stephens Plumbing and they gave us their next available morning appointment. They called when plumber was on route to our home. Freddy arrived in a uniform and mask. He informed us he was vaccinated but still wears a mask. He called to get another person to help remove & install a new water heater, so it could be installed today. He explained what areas had not been previously installed correctly and that were not up to Code. After installation it was very noticeable that his workmanship is superior to what was done previously. He replaced PVC pipes with Copper. Our Water Heater is now up to Code and we will be recommending Freddy & Stephens Plumbing to our neighbors and will be contacting them for any future repairs!

Drain line was clogged and condensation began pouring out of unit onto my wood floor. Looked for YouTube video for help but these units are not easy to self-service. They vacuumed, used air compressor, and water tested the drain line for the up front service fee charge of $110. Thanks Omar!

We recently bought a new gas wall oven and needed to have the old unhooked and the new one installed. Each step was taken with care, and with a lot of can-do man-ship, as we were not sure of every step to take out the homes original set up. Had a appointment for a quote and they gave me a 4 hour window for someone to come out. No one called so at 3:00 I called to confirm and was told they were running late and was still on the list. Finally got a call at 4:30 saying they wanted to reschedule to tomorrow. Worse part is calling and being told I was still on the list. I guess wasting my time wait in the first place wasn't bad enough but to be told they were still coming. Unbelievable, waste of time!

They tried to charge me an emergency tech fee (125) On a regular working day during normal business hours for the tech to quote me an astronomical fee to just uninstall the water filter and say he couldn't do anything about the leak until the following week. So in a nut shell, a fee to say he couldn't do anything about it. I cut my losses and had another company come uninstall it for a third of the price. Run away while you can.

I got an appointment convenient for my schedule. Williams arrived wearing a company uniform with his name too. As a woman, this made me feel more comfortable. Williams was very thorough explaining what was needed. Not only was the repair done right, he cleaned up the bathroom, left it as he found it.
I've had several other plumbing companies that were pigs!

Galan is the man! Someone get this man a raise!
