I called Stephens plumbing because they were recommended by a company who came into my house to detect a leak in my cement slab. This other company left detailed information of where they detected the leak and said that Stephens plumbing would know exactly what needed to be done. Stephens plumbing sent out a technician named Recco.I will not get into how my mother Inlaw feels about this technician and his rude conduct because I was not there. However, what I can speak about is the handwritten unintelligible note he left. I believe a company with high yelp reviews and a decent reputation would leave a hand written note for a quote.

I called the company and requested a formal quote the following day. The said Recco would give me a call back. Well, he never did, and to this day I have not received a call back from Stephens plumbing or a formal quote.

Long story short, I will not be using this company. Good luck.

Sebastian came out after Memorial Day weekend and fixed an issue with our kitchen sink. He was kind, respectful, worked quickly, and took the time to explain what the underlying issue was so that we could take preventative steps for next time.

Stephens Plumbing & heating installed air conditioner and heating in my 2000 sq. foot home. They are highly recommended as the most knowledgeable on the #1 rated air/heat units by MITSUBISHI.
I can't say enough about Oscar, Omar, Freddy and Sam who did the install in 3 days with care of my white carpet. All extremely knowledgeable and guaranteed 100% satisfaction which is no surprise due to the 5-star service Stephens and their employees gave me. There was no drywall work, they cut for vents in wall & ceilings perfectly, they were on time, prepared and worked well together I can tell for years. This is a first class, competive price family-owned business that many have recommended to me.
There is no better choice than Stephens and there is no better air/heat unit than Mitsubishi. THe owner cares of about his employees and the employees treat you like family.
