Discovered this morning we had a leak in our water heater tank. As per normal we looked to Yelp for recommendations and liked the reviews that Stephens plumbing got. We called at 130pm and spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful and returned calls as promised. Cory and Arturo showed up around 330pm, there was no hard sell they only offered solutions which made them very easy to work with. It's now 545pm and they just left, job done. They were extremely efficient, professional and likable even with 95 degree temperatures. Great job fellas and great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

They also round up to the labor charge in hours. One hour = $95. One hour and one minute =$190. So my $67 part would have cost me $180 plus 2 hours of labor for another $190 plus tax = almost $400. Ordered the Amazon part and having a handy man install for $80. Saved almost $250.""

This is the ONLY company I use for repairing my air conditioner/heating unit in my home. I had to find a receipt from 2008 to remember who fixed it then because they did excellent work then and they did excellent work yesterday. Their prices are VERY fair and their employees are very knowledgeable and nice. They don't try to rip you off at all. The last time I had my duct work replaced on top of the repair I needed. They were so reasonable I asked how much would they charge for the duct work, and that was reasonable too, so I had them do it. Yesterday I had them come out because I had a small water leak. The repair guy showed me what was wrong, cleared the line and showed me what was clogging the water line. Cleaned the unit inside and outside. I don't write reviews much but I know when it comes to A/C and heating problems, some companies will rip you off or they don't really know what they're doing. Stephens is the BEST by far. Thanks guys!!! Much appreciated. Oh, and my unit is an older Carrier. And my serviceman was Oscar. He was great!
