Stephens Plumbing came thru again! Our tankless water heater went out right before Christmas. Called Stephens & before I even finished our phone call, Walter had called supply house, secured a new water heater & was going to personally pick up for us for installation the next day. Williams showed up bright & early the next day, installed the new water heater & also updated some of the old pipe connections. We were back in business with hot water again Thank you Stephens Plumbing! You are great!

I am a satisfied repeat customer. Last week Rob from Stephens Plumbing, Heating diagnosed and fixed both my furnace and my tenant's direct vent wall heater. Rob was professional, correctly diagnosed the issues and ordered the correct parts to fix. He even drove to 3 different places to find another part he needed so the heater could be fixed that day. I highly recommend!

This place was disappointing despite its high reviews. I gave these guys a 1-star for the following reasons:
1. Time window was 8 - 12 in the morning and technician came at 3PM. They overbook themselves and has no respect of customer's time.
2. Technician was a cold and unfriendly person that stared at me like I'm an idiot when talking to me, I don't want to say one single extra word to him.
3. Quoted me for $500 for a simple job, which was ridiculous. I immediately asked him to leave once I hear the number, don't want to waste a single minute trying to say anything else.

First of all, the process of scheduling an inspection of the kitchen sink was super easy. The next day, Galan and Joey came on time, and very paitently explained what was causing the problem, and gave me recommendations if same thing happens in the future. I'm really glad that I contacted Stephens plumbing, and I know where to call when I have plumbing issues for the future.

We had an initial estimate conducted by Rob for a new heat pump HVAC system, who was thorough and detailed in his explanation. The install went smoothly and per Rob's inital estimate took only 3 days. Freddy and Trevor did an excellent job in explaining what they intended to work on each day and were a pleasure to have on site. Overall, we are very pleased with their work and the new HVAC systems is humming along nicely. Would happily work with them again.

My upstairs toilets were flushing slowly. Galan and Joey came to fix them. Galan said the cost would be $375 to snake both toilets. I said $375! He said ""if you write a Yelp review before we leave it will be $135"". I told him I am on the HOA Board and he brought the price down to $125. My toilets are fixed and they are both nice guys.

Just completed and job request through Yelp projects. The plumbing company I went with was Stephens. Galan and Joey are the plumbers that made it out. We went right into discussing the issue with kitchen sink backing up when the washing machine ran. Galan was patient and allowed me to share what I knew and then he filled the gaps and went further into detail. Galan jumped right in and looked at my drain problem from end to end and began to brake it down.

After that I accepted the offer to run a 50 feet of snake. The guys went straight to work putting down drop clothes and filling me in every step of the way. After it was snaked we tested the kitchen sink with a large load of water from the washer and the kitchen sink did not backup and only made two sounds. A big improvement from before. Galan is knowledgeable and suggested further improvements that I may need. Great people to have do work for you at a good price. Galan and Joey nailed it on this one. Will be my first call when I need plumbing work.

I had a new heat pump heating and cooling system installed to replace an old gas furnace. Steve made recommendations on a system as well as upgraded ducting to improve efficiency. I'm very happy with how the system turned out, it works fantastic. And in general, Steve was awesome to work with. He was communicative, transparent, and upfront about all the work and costs. The work was also completed very quickly - all in under a week of the initial consultation. Would work with Steve and his team for any other projects in the future again.

My ancient floor heater had been on the fritz, and Steve arrived just a few hours after I called. He was very thorough with the inspection and gentle with the old pieces. Super nice to boot! Thankfully replacing the thermostat did the trick, and Steve helped to plan out next steps if it didn't. So glad to have great local service in San Pedro!
