These guys are fantastic. Our AC went out (during a heat wave--no less), and the company I've used a few times before told me ""next week"" before they look at. So I shopped around Yelp, and came across Stephens. There were so many 5-star reviews, that I decided to call. They had an opening the next day with a 12-4 window time. The van pulled up out front at 12:30 (with a phone call before-hand). Their tech, Matt, went and looked at our old unit and had it running again with 5 minutes. Cold air once again.

Great work Stephens! I have a new go-to AC repair company now.

He was super clean and cleaned up after everything that he worked on. He did an amazing job and I would definitely be more than happy to have him back working on any of our home plumbing needs.

Seen the plumber across the street on a call for my neighbor and I asked if he could take a look at my sink since the pipes were leaking. Jose Galan was the tech. He quickly fixed the leak. I was very happy. He was nice, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Stephens Plumbing.

I live in Palos Verdes Estates, and I feel that every company charges me more just because of my zip code. Stephens was different, and I'm really happy I called them.

I called Stephen's Plumbing to install the drain and fixtures to a newly purchased vanity/sink for my bathroom. I called another plumber and they told me that it would cost $800 just to connect the drain, and that it would cost extra to put the fixtures on. I've used that other company before, and always felt that they were ripping me off, so I called Stephen's to get another quote. Art was the plumber who arrived at my home and was really nice. I asked Art to connect the drain to my sink, to install my new fixtures/faucets, and to install my toilet (I had just installed new tiles for an accent wall in that bathroom and my toilet was taken out but not re-installed). Art quoted me $800 to do all 3 things. I agreed. Art did the job and even helped one of the other tiling contractors I had working in my house by removing a fixture for free. When he got to the toilet portion, he realized that the toilet was my ""old toilet"" which was in the backyard, and that it just needed to be plopped back onto the hole. He told me that when he gave me the quote at the beginning of the day, he thought that it was a brand new toilet that needed to be put together, which would have been a more complicated and time-consuming job. Because it was easier, he only charged me $695 instead of $800. What? I already agreed to the $800 and didn't expect the discount. I've never experienced a plumber (or anyone else) give me a discount at the end of the job because it was easier than he originally thought it would be. This is an honest plumber, and Stephens won my future business as a result. Thanks Stephens (and Art).

Had a toilet backup today. Was connected with Jose Galvan quickly. He came out fast (it's a holiday) even though he got locked out of his truck he came and helped us in our time of need. We only have one bathroom. I'm truly grateful and happy with his service. He answered all my many questions and fixed the issue. I need some more extensive work and I'll use them again for sure. Just moved in; of course toilets and showers start backflowing. Called a couple of places and got ridiculous quotes, talks of having to remove the toilet etc.

Stephens plumbing set me up with an appointment early in the morning. Luis came out and did a wonderful job. Was able to get the clog out without any major repairs, didn't upsell. He was courteous, efficient, and saved me a bunch of money. Highly recommend, and will be using in the future!

We needed an A/C installed, and got a very friendly representative on the phone who was able to send Omar out to the house quickly to do an assessment. He clearly explained what we had and what he recommended, and a week later he and his crew came for the installation. They worked quickly but thoroughly, and when finished, took the time to go over every single thing they had done. Omar was fantastic and patient in going over the details of the unit and our new Nest system. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company, and we will be using them for all of our plumbing/heating/ A/C needs in the future.
