I called Stephen's plumbing for a quote on clearing my clogged shower drain. They quoted me $125 so I agreed to schedule for them to come out. When the technicians came out they said it was going to cost $250 to snake my shower drain. I had to send them away and this created such a huge inconvenience for me due to them providing me with a misleading price quote over the phone and then price gauging me in person.

So I just bought a house in August 2022, a few days ago my heater died... the guy ( Rob) came here to checkout my heater and tell me"" it's done you need a new one 9,500.00$$
Then I noticed he looked like the same guy at my inspection when I bought my house three months prior, he was the one okaying the heater for the previous owners... that didn't sit well with me and I said wow ""you just okayed our inspection three months ago when we bought our house and now you're here three months later telling me I need a new one for $10,000??""""
So...
They just didn't appreciate your acknowledgment of that and being talked over, I am a first time homeowner and was asking a lot of questions that weren't really being answered....

Hello!! So Freddy from stephens plumbing came out with 2 younger guys to overlook them for the job. It took about 4 hours.. Freddy was very communicative and friendly.. very knowledgeable and hard working.. he made me feel comfortable and puts the customers first. Thank you to Freddy !!!

My HVAC system has been giving me problems this year and I had disappointing experiences with the first two companies I hired. I'm so relieved to have found Stephens Plumbing & Heating. I called them and the scheduler was able to give me a same day appointment with Omar. After inspecting my furnace, Omar gave me a detailed explanation of why my heat had stopped working and showed me pictures of the damage. He had a replacement part in his truck and was able to repair the unit right away. The price was very reasonable and included a 1-year warranty on the replacement part. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and plan to contact this company again if I have issues in the future.

About a week ago a friend noted the smell of gas in our house. We called the gas company and they said we did have a gas leak. We then called Stephens plumbing. They sent out a heating plumbing guy named William. He was very thorough and professional. He found the leak and repaired it. Very grateful as it has been very cold especially at night!!
