Duane has been our plumber since we moved to Prescott 1.5 years ago. He's the best - reliable, great service, and he doesn't screw you with the costs like we have had plumbers do in the past. Plumbing is expensive so it's nice to have someone who actually just wants to help you and not just make a buck.

I called to ask Stellar a few questions but found out they dont travel all the way to Camp Verde...which is understandable. Even so, I was given some excellent information on trouble shooting and what i could do as well as a professional opinion on sleeving my septic. I have 2"" cast iron, sleeving makes it smaller, I think thats bad. Stellar agreed it would be better to go to 3 "" new septic lines and I am really happy I had this conversation as the sleeving costs were so high already and dont include P traps.
I really appreciate that even though he would make nothing from this conversation, he was generous with information and offered great suggestions for ways to check my incoming water pressure. He also answered the phone right away...wish he could be my plumber.

Very Pleased!! Duane came out this morning (Sunday morning) and relighted our LP hot water heater pilot light that had gone out. We
weren't comfortable doing it ourselves and were so grateful for his

Warmer weather reminded me that had dripping outdoor faucet replaced January this year. Came next day and was prompt. Straight forward, no problems. Cost $225 including the new frost free hose bib and took 45 minutes. Subsequently needed to purchase new anti-siphon valve myself.

Wow, I see now why many people have left so many good reviews about Duane Miller and his company, Stellar Plumbing. We had an outside faucet that had been leaking (with a steady drip, drip, drip) since we bought our home in July 2017. We called Duane and he came out the next morning, was here when he said he would be and he fixed/replaced our leaking outside faucet. He is so knowledgeable, professional, fair-priced and dependable. I've worked with many service professionals through the years. I can safely say I struck GOLD when I contacted Duane to install a brand new kitchen sink after having my kitchen redone with granite countertops. Duane reconfigured the drains to fit the new sink and put in 4-5 hours worth of work, including a trip to his supplier for a few parts. Duane knows the profession inside and out. His prices are fair, his work is impeccable, and he's genuinely pleasant to interact with. As far as I'm concerned, Duane is the only plumber local to the Prescott area that I will do business with as long as his company is operating. I couldn't be more pleased.

On a Sunday we had a sewer blockage and called a YELP highly rated plumber in Prescott. In fact, YELP had him second. He came and spent all day clearing the blockage. When he arrived we informed him we had a home warranty that would reimburse us for the cost but needed to know if it would be under $500. He said yes but a few hours later said it would now be over $500. We called the warranty company for authorization and they said OK. He finally finished to the tune of $975 but we weren't worried. He gave us a generic receipt without his company's name or address on it. We sent it to the warranty company and they said it was unacceptable. We asked them to send us a proper receipt but all they did was type one with still no address or company name. Then we looked at Stellar's website and, down at the very bottom in nearly greyed out letters it says ""Not a licensed contractor"". That should tell any new prospective customers all you need to know.

Our hot water tank went out on New Year's Eve day. Was so happy that when we called Duane @ 2pm he was able to fix our problem. He got the tank and was at our house within the hour replacing our hot water heater. Duane was a lifesaver for us and truly appreciate the quickness of getting to our home.
