I've been serviced by Duane three times over the years. Once to replace a hot water heater and twice to clean out the main drain from our house. Replace a hot water heater to say installed previously evidently six years ago. Don't believe it was that long. I messed up and didn't write the date on the hot water heater like I always do when I have a problem this one was out of warranty by two months three months and they wouldn't give me any warranty on it the new one that they installed that was installed today had a manufactures date of April 2023 so the water heater that I bought today is already six months out of warranty. I question how come there's not a leniency on it that this one sit in a warehouse and then when I if I have problems, then I am the one responsible for it because of the manufactures date very disappointed in it, the crew that did the work did a fantastic job on the previous job when they installed the previous one I had a plastic pan and they told me that it was against code that I had to have a metal pan and so they charge me for a metal pan and also the new installer said that I had to have stainless steel supply lines and the previous guys use my old lines so I'm just very disappointed in some of the things that happened on this but I am impressed with the team that installed it

I needed help connecting my gas dryer. I called Stellar plumbing and an hour later Duane showed up. He was fast, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend.

Duane responded to call to replace 36 year old pressure reducing valve. Valve was installed in tight spot in wall with limited access. New valve installed in better position than original construction. Price for the job increased throughout work with the final bill ending up 40% above initial estimate. Good work but pricey.
