Was referred to Stefano from Diablo Rooter for a drain cleanout. He was courteous, quick, and reasonably priced. Job was well done.

Five stars are unusual for this reviewer ... but Stefano and his apprentice Dominic deserve are nothing but great! I appreciate the honest straight forward manner in which they communicate and the stellar work they do! The only downside is that because they are so good, you might have to wait ""in line"" for an appointment but they were true to their word. Thank you guys!

Just another 5 star rating for Stefano. What a pleasure. He arrived promptly within the scheduled 2 hour window. He was courteous. I had 2 problems:
One -- a Moen complicated shower faucet that another plumber had tried to fix, and failed (and charged me for his time). Stefano fixed it! I watched and was impressed with how carefully he worked.
Two -- I needed a valve inserted into a copper pipe. Stefano installed it very quickly, using a hi-tech compression joint. It would have taken much longer to do the job with solder. Stefano just charged me for his time and materials.
I couldn't be a happier customer. Maybe just doing the job promptly for a reasonable price shouldn't deserve five stars but, based on other experiences I've had ... it does!

I'm so glad I did my research through Yelp to find a great plumber! Stephano was punctual, very fairly priced, and did not leave a mess. I had been putting off these pesky plumbing issues until they could no longer wait, and given how great I feel to be able to scratch these things off the to-do list.....I mean, why did I put it off????? Highly recommend Stephano's plumbing service!

Stefano has been our go to plumber for over half a decade, and we wouldn't have it any other way. He is a great guy, a really competent plumber, and incredibly fair when it comes to pricing. I also really appreciate his honesty about scheduling, and willingness to refer us to either his uncle or cousin when he is really backed up. Both share his level of skill and fair prices.

As a property manager I've encountered my fair share of good and bad plumbers and Stefano is definitely at the top of the list. He arrived right on time, took care to place protection on the floors and when he left you wouldn't know he had even been there. He charged what he quoted which was a good price and he couldn't have been more friendly the entire time, including his uncle helping out. My only wish is his coverage area was larger as I would use him at other properties in other cities but if you can get him you're in good hands.

I'll keep the 5-star streak going and say Stefano is the real and outstanding plumber whose technical competence matches his engaging personality and human relations skills. If you are lucky to get him out on a Monday, there's a good chance his uncle Greg will be along for assistance and he's also as personable as one can be. Stefano delivers a sense of confidence in the efficacy of his finished product at a reasonable cost.
