Stefano and his uncle came by try and unclog the sewer line at our house. (We have a problem with tree roots pretty far down our line and don't have a clean-out, so it has to be accessed via the roof vent.) Unfortunately the problem was bigger than anticipated and we couldn't get it fixed, but they made a heroic effort and refused to let me pay them. (The price they quoted me was also fair.) Both guys were honest, personable and knowledgeable. Definitely my go-to plumbers going forward.

Stefano returned my call quickly and he was able to come out and fix our plumbing problem within a couple of hours. He was courteous and professional and charged a fair and reasonable amount for his service. He will definitely be the first plumber I call from now on!

What a friendly guy! He is a very skilled plumber, very fair in his pricing, and extremely polite. I feel that though he initially came to my home as a stranger, he left my home as a friend, and I would say that it is a testament to his great interpersonal social skills to be able to do that.

He's just a nice guy, he'll solve your plumbing problems at reasonable cost, and I would definitely trust him again to take care of my plumbing issues in the future.

Stefano returned my call very quickly (even though it was a Saturday), provided a fair quote, did the work quickly, and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The two faucets he installed are working perfectly.

Had to update this on my latest experience with Stefano ... Once again - OUTSTANDING and HONEST service. We had a backflow preventer that had sprung a leak. He arrived on time, dismantled it & attempted to repair it - but it still had a small leak. The cost to replace it was going to be much more expensive than his suggested fix to it ... He saved us hundreds of dollars and we are a happy customer once again. I have this guy in my cell phone's Speed Dial !!

My first call to Stefano was for an irrigation piping leak. I called a plumber instead of an irrigation contractor assuming the water main was done in copper. It turned out to be PVC. Not a problem...he planned ahead and came with parts he mostly likely wouldn't have needed. Wow'ed by his level of service, he was at the top of my list to fix several problems at my rental property, including a leaky toilet flush valve, a vibrating cold water faucet, rattling pipes, a leaky kitchen faucet, and a stuck shower valve. He took care of all these issues and also installed an ice maker line in less time than it usually takes me to figure out what parts to buy and make a run to the hardware store only to find out I've bought the wrong size. My tenants describe him as ""wonderful"" (very competent) and ""such a nice guy"". I agree. He also responds quickly, shows up on time, gets right to work, doesn't waste his time, and doesn't waste your money. The only thing I wish he would do differently is charge a little more...seriously!
