I'm so glad I did my research through Yelp to find a great plumber! Stephano was punctual, very fairly priced, and did not leave a mess. I had been putting off these pesky plumbing issues until they could no longer wait, and given how great I feel to be able to scratch these things off the to-do list.....I mean, why did I put it off????? Stefano has been our go to plumber for over half a decade, and we wouldn't have it any other way. He is a great guy, a really competent plumber, and incredibly fair when it comes to pricing. I also really appreciate his honesty about scheduling, and willingness to refer us to either his uncle or cousin when he is really backed up. Both share his level of skill and fair prices.

As a property manager I've encountered my fair share of good and bad plumbers and Stefano is definitely at the top of the list. He arrived right on time, took care to place protection on the floors and when he left you wouldn't know he had even been there. He charged what he quoted which was a good price and he couldn't have been more friendly the entire time, including his uncle helping out. My only wish is his coverage area was larger as I would use him at other properties in other cities but if you can get him you're in good hands.

I'll keep the 5-star streak going and say Stefano is the real and outstanding plumber whose technical competence matches his engaging personality and human relations skills. If you are lucky to get him out on a Monday, there's a good chance his uncle Greg will be along for assistance and he's also as personable as one can be. Stefano delivers a sense of confidence in the efficacy of his finished product at a reasonable cost.

I spoke with Stefano about having some plumbing needs taken care of at my house after dealing with a toilet that had been unreliable for some time. He came out with one of his employees, cleared the line, replaced the toilet and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I would very highly recommend them. I've used them at our business as well and he's always been professional, prompt, and always provided great service.

I highly recommend Stefano. He installed three faucets in our house and repaired the toilet. He dealt with some issues when installing a kitchen faucet that I had purchased online, but he figured out how to make it work and even fabricated a part to make sure the install was a good fit. Stefano's ""can-do"" attitude and friendly demeanor were very much appreciated and a welcome change from the old cranky repair people I have become accustomed to dealing with.

I'm chiming in with all the other outstanding reviews for Stefano. He's everything people commented on: honest, dependable, reasonable, very skilled, accommodates to your schedule, shows up on time and takes complete ownership for his work. He is the best plumber we've ever had and feel so lucky to have found him. Yes, he's a one man operation, but his uncle travels with him on Mondays and often he'll bring another plumber, John, to give him some extra help. We had a very complicated problem. He came out three times, without a word of complaint, and solved it without our having to spend a lot of money. I don't think it's possible to do better.

Stefano is simply the best. I am a regular customer due to having some serious drain issues on my house. Can't afford to replace the entire drain system. Stefano knows the house, the area, etc. He is extremely efficient, well priced and most of all shows up on time and does the work right the first time. I don't know where I would be without his services and you can see from the other reviews that obviously I am not the only one who thinks so.

Amazing service. Quick response and very reasonable timing for the repair (next day, I didn't have an emergency). He even came late in the day to adjust to my schedule.

He and his apprentice John worked hard identifying the problem and tried EVERYTHING to save me money on the repair. I really appreciated his dedication to doing a thorough exploration rather than just jumping to an expensive conclusion.

They also ran to the store and got the parts they needed while they were working so I didn't have to wait another few days. The whole thing was explored, diagnosed, parts were purchased and the problem fixed in an hour and a half. Amazing.
