Stefano was great. I contacted 6-7 plumbers and selected him because he understood that I was trying to save time & money and very much helped to accomodate me. He was ok with me purchasing the replacement water heater at Home Depot, whereas some of the others were not. He also gave me a precise estimate based on my circumstances, which proved accurate. Plus, he was very friendly and easy to work with during and before the job.

I've used Stefano whenever I've had a plumbing/garbage disposal issue. Most recently, my shower drain was clogged. After trying everything myself, I finally called Stefano for his expertise. He came the next day, on time, liked my dog, and went to work.
It turns out I unknowingly hit the lever that closes the drain...Stefano figured that out in about two seconds. My pride was hurt, but we both had a laugh and he went on his merry way. Great guy and great service...I'd try him before anyone else out there.

MY GOODNESS! I wanted these guys to take longer just so I could hang out with them. So kind, so professional, so incredibly nice with my pets, a joy to have in your home AND excellent work at a reasonable price. This review is for responsiveness only, which was stellar. I did not use Stefano's, because they do not service the location I needed. However, less than 30 minutes after I left a voice-mail message asking if they did work at my job site, I received a text letting me know that it was out of area. That's the professional and courteous thing to do, but it's shocking how many plumbers don't return calls. So, 5 stars for not leaving me to wait around wondering whether or not I should call someone else.

I was just ghosted by Stefano Plumbing. I've used Stefano Plumbing many times in the past, and they always did a good job. However, this last time, not at all. They installed a seismic shut off valve on my gas meter. The new valve caused the gas meter to protrude so much that I can't shut the door to the small shed that covers it. I called my neighbor (who is a retired licensed contractor) to come fix the shed door. He said he would have to rebuild an entire new shed to accommodate the new valve, and it would cost a lot of money. He told me the way the seismic valve was installed was not correct--that is, there was a way to install it so the gas meter did not stick out so much. He told me I should call Stefano and ask them to come out and install the valve properly. I called Stefano and told him the situation. He asked me to send pictures of the valve. I did so but never heard back from him. I texted him twice more and received no response. I am very disappointed in his unwillingness to correct a mistake. I am also disappointed in his ability to communicate with me by responding to my texts. I have been a loyal customer for many years and never called him to come back to fix something. This was the first time. He shouldn't just disappear. He should treat loyal customers more carefully. Time to move on and find a more loyal plumber.

Stefano fit me in last minute when my pipes were on the fritz. Great customer service and even better comms. Dominic was my guy onscene. He was super professional and shot me straight with optional annual maintenance to avoid last minute emergencies in the future. The job was done lightning fast and the prices are very competitive. They even rolled back out the very next day when our garage sink blew up on the wife and I was on-duty and couldn't make it home. Call them, you won't regret it.
