We had a mainline stoppage that we thought was an easy fix. Unfortunately it was not.

Omar Garcia and his crew from Stedfast went into action and within 30 minutes had diagnosed the problem, gave us options and then corrected the situation within a few hours.

He and his team were very professional, honest and neat. At the end of the job you would never had known they were here. Holes and trenches were completely covered and compacted.

We appreciate there fine work, and highly recommend them.

This is a fraudulent and phony company who are out to con people. My mom called this company because our Kitchen sink garbage disposal was making a noise, there was a flyer in the Valpak for $30 special for cleaning. When the guy came (his name was Manny), he tried to do something, and opened the U-tube, then told my mom to go open the backyard faucet. She did that and when she came back, he put the U-tube back and said that the entire plumbing needs to be changed from the outside to inside, and he has to break the concrete, which would be $450. My mom told him that, that's too expensive and we are not going to go with them, then he said you have to pay $89 for him cleaning the drain, which clearly he didn't do anything. My mom said no I will not pay anything and the guy left.

The next day we called another plumbing company, the guy opened the same U-tube and found a plastic bag in there!!! This plastic bag was brand new, no food residue, and no tears. This new plumber said, it very strange how a bag can get in there and it seems someone put it there. We are confident the Steadfast Plumbing guy put the plastic there to con us into getting more money.

When my mom called Steadfast Plumbing to complain about the plumber, the receptionist (Sandra) hung up on her and my dad two times. Then when my mom was trying to explain to her what happened, the receptionist said ""I don't believe you"". She then hung up again a third time, and we tried calling them again and it went straight to voicemail. She was very rude, and no customer service skill. If you are a legit company, then you should hear the concerns and then talk to your employees to understand the question but this Sandra didn't even want to hear anything.

Stay away from this company, they are coning hardworking residents!!

My 82 year old father- in-law recently used Steadfast Plumbing services. Omar, the owner, would not give my father-in-law a copy of the signed quote for plumbing services. Stating something along the lines that it was easier to change later if the owner did not have a copy of the quote. This concerned my father in law, who asked me to come over while the work was being done. When the work was completed and the final invoice was provided, not surprising, there were additional charges added to the bill. When I questioned Omar, he stated additional work had been done and that was why he added additional charges. I asked if he had communicated that there was scope changes, provided specific associated costs and gotten agreement from the customer (which he clearly had not). At this point he started getting upset, crossed out the extra charges, stating he would never do work again for the man. His language and conduct became very unprofessional. He did not clean up after his work, leaving trash on the floor in the house and outdoors. Be careful of his $300 toilet special. This rate is only good if the toilet perfectly fits the first time and your existing water supply hose line is the correct size to connect to the toilet. Any deviation and the extra costs start flowing in.

I am SOOO happy that I called Steadfast Plumbing. I had been having issues with another local plumbing service who was completely unresponsive so I looked for another plumber. I found Steadfast in a mailer and boy am I happy that I called. Octavio came to the house the same day that I called and not only fixed my issue right away but volunteered to check my crawl spaces and sewer line at no extra charge (my mailer had a coupon). He did great work and was extremely pleasant. What a nice and competent guy!
If I ever have a plumbing issue again, I'm calling Steadfast!

BEYOND improfessional! A gentleman by the name Omar Rodriguez who claims to be the owner of his company tried to con me into work I DID NOT need for an excessive amount of money. I told him I was a single mother answered all the questions he asked personal and plumbing. After I went with my gut feeling and decided not to go with him. I prompted to go with a different company that gave me a quote for less than half the price. Wouldn't recommend ANYONE to this company! He's a phony and fraud. Don't wish this service upon anyone.

You may have seen my review of Mr. Rooter. I ended up calling Steadfast and am VERY glad I did.
Steadfast made me a next day appointment. All of the crew were clean, in uniform, and were very professional.
Omar and crew went above and beyond to show me the inside condition of my pipes, while explaining to me what I was seeing on the video screen. His honesty and transparency was very refreshing.
Nobody enjoys spending money, especially if it's involving plumbing issues, because IMO, you don't get that tangible feeling for the money spent. However, not only did I get an honest and extremely fair quote, there was no efforts made to upgrade me, or sudden surprises, or a supervisor named Joe Flores coming out to put the screws on me. I paid what I was quoted, and as strange as this may sound, it was almost a pleasure to part with the money we paid them.
If you are considering whether or not to use Steadfast Plumbing and Rooter, I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Omar and his crew taking the extra time and care to ensure my plumbing questions were answered. Give Steadfast and Omar the chance to earn your business and they WILL!!
I highly recommend Omar and Steadfast. They did what they said and they said what they did. I now have a plumber that is reliable, honest, fair, and competent. I will recommend them to anybody, anytime. Great job, and Thank you guys.

I called Steadfast Plumbing & Rooter this morning to clean out my backed-up kitchen sink. Horacio Rodriguez showed up an hour later and immediately addressed the issue...he recognized it would take more advanced methods to clear the blockage. He and his team diligently stayed with the process until all blockages were cleared...they did a fantastic job and based on the level of service provided, they were fair and reasonable. In addition, they took all efforts to clean-up around the sink and floor. Horatio and his team are great...ask for them when requesting service.

After my disabled grandparents were scammed by Ritz Plumbing & Heating a.k.a. Jet Plumbing (see yelp review), I made it my mission to find an HONEST plumber to verify the work that had been done and to help my grandparents find a new plumber they could TRUST.
I called multiple plumbers, but Steadfast Plumbing & Rooter was the first plumber to tell me straight that if I wanted a copy of the video, just to verify what was done on inside of the cleanout that most places would charge, but Omar gave me his word he would come out and try to help us out.
Steadfast made me a next day appointment. The day of someone called to verify they were on the way and they arrived promptly. All of the crew were clean, in uniform, and smelled wonderful; they came in a company truck, so I knew they were from the right company not a bait and switch.
Omar and Jonathan went above and beyond to show us the inside condition of our pipes, while explaining to my grandmother what she was seeing on the video screen and how it would distress her plumbing over time. Jonathan even went up to the roof access to show us the pipes under the house that hadn't been cleaned or lined yet to show us the comparison from the front.
Omar and his crew from Steadfast stayed longer than any of the other plumbers that came and they gave us an education on how to protect ourselves regarding our plumbing.
Steadfast offered a discount on top of the discounts we received from the monthly mailer coupon and senior discount!
If you are considering whether or not to use Steadfast Plumbing and Rooter, I can't say enough how much I appreciate Omar and his crew taking the extra time and care to ensure our plumbing questions were answered and that my elderly grandparents felt they weren't rushed or taken advantage of again, so give Steadfast and Omar the chance to earn your business and they WILL!!

Let me start by saying I was up to my ankles in s#*t , I mean literally. What did I do? started going through the Internet one by one calling different rooter companys, I had an appointment and had to leave my house by 5 PM I needed someone to come within two hours. It was 2pm , the House smelled so bad I wanted to throw up. On the 5th company I called which was STEADFAST who answered the phone, a very nice woman said she would get back to me in five minutes which she did. With in an hour Omar the owner of the company came to my house with a helper. He started to try and clear the line he spent over 2 1/2 hours trying but the clog was so bad and my pipes were in such bad shape he could not clear them. I had to leave for my appointment so Omar told me he would return the next morning which he promptly did it at 8:00 AM , at that time he had to dig up and put in a new cleanout and re-line all the pipes. now all is good and flowing perfect , not only is Omar a gentleman he spent so much time on my house to make sure that everything was cleared. the price was fair and he came with 3 trucks and 6 guys and when they left my house you would never know they were there clean as a whistle. If you find yourself like me up to your ankles in Kaka make sure you call Omar you'll be happy you did just like I am.

Just like others here, I was looking for the cheapest way to unclog my daughter's toilet which seems to have a continuing problem. I found this Valpak $30 deal and called on Saturday. They set me up for Sunday at 9!! Can you believe that??! I did not have to wait til Monday and take time off to wait for them. I honestly did not expect what I received in return. I figured I would get some low life guy come and make a mess while giving me attitude for making him work on a weekend. What I got was Omar, the amazing. Instead of behaving the way I would have expected for a $30 job, he was informative, knowledgeable and very professional. His standards are amazingly high. He offered solutions to solve the problem but was not pushy at all!! We will definitely use him again. May I say that Omar is a very classy guy.
