Beware of bait and switch with their claimed ""any drain"" cleaning coupon special -- Omar told me to qualify for the coupon price the access to the drain (cleanout) must be on the outside of the building only.

After spending $40 to snake the kitchen drain, I was told it was hopelessly clogged and it would cost $450 to use the high power hose. I naively said yes. I saw it clear the line, but he said that the line was still clogged and it would cost $1000 to replace our clean out pipe. At that point I felt I was being conned and sent them away. I see by other reviews that others have had this bad experience. I would not recommend this company.

Called on tue around 3 girl that answered took info and said someone will call you right back never happened , they called 3 days later to see if I still needed help w drain. Don't waste your time . K

Unscrupulous company tries to upsell me after I said it right at the front door please don't try to upsell me I know how this game works I know exactly what's wrong with the toilet and I have a new toilet.
All I asked them to do was clear the toilet which was / as / stated in the coupon.
They tell me because I was being a dick at the front door now he was going to be a dick and offer the service at $150 to remove the toilet plus $40 to clean the drain...
What do you do with that information?

Called Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Given an 830 to 1000 window. They were a no show. I called to find out what happened. Told there was no record of me calling. My cell phone log clearly shows otherwise.

I called to try their drain cleaning for the discounted $40. The receptionist said a plumber would call me back with an estimate in 30 minutes. Nothing happened in 6 hours. Another conversation with the receptionist produced no result. Very disappointing.

I made an appointment with them, I called to verify prior to the appointment time and left a message. No show for the appointment. No call back after leaving 2 messages.

I spoke with this plumber and scheduled them to come over to replace a garbage disposer. They set the appointment for November 3, between 3:00pm and 4:30. I confirmed the appointment at 2:45. I waited until 5:00. When I called someone responded that they left two messages for me. I simply asked when they were coming over. The receptionist again did not say what the messages were in content. I asked again and she disconnected the call. I would never use this company.

I do not recommend working with this company I chose to call them because of the $30 drain cleaning coupon and I got in the mail after making an appointment two guys showed up to do the job they were nice and decent but could not solve the problem everything went fine until they called the manager a guy by the name Omar he came by and had a terrible attitude from the $30 coupon I ended up paying $480 thinking that my problem would be solved when they couldn't solve the problem they told me they had to open the floor that involves breaking the concrete and identified the pipes beneath the surface He coded me $2600 for the work with no guarantees when I told him that I want to get second opinion he got very upset luckily I did not use them for the job and I called another company The charge me nothing and identified that the only problem is that my grease trap was full of dirt and that's the only thing that needs to be cleaned out I did the cleanup myself and solve the problem I will never use steadfast plumbing company.

Against my better judgement I tried Steadfast because of the $30 coupon. I was pretty sure it would be an easy job. Right away he started hemming and hawing about problems with the pipe. Much too complicated to fix using the coupon... I sent him away and called Thousand Oaks plumbing. They fixed the problem in minutes. Cost more than $30 but well less than what Steadfast would have tried to con me out of.
