Poor customer service came to fix two faucets & a leak didn't touch anything talking about the hot water pressure, ask for more money, rude and a liar went through AHS will not refer them to anyone,called and talk to mr. Blair about the Sevice I got from the company is unprofessional & unacceptable never again

I want to begin this review by stating that STAT never performed any services for me and I will tell you why. They were referred to me, by my home warranty company. I received their information on Friday, August 4th. I spoke to someone there on friday afternoon. I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 9am. I have a water-heater issue. When Saturday, August 5th came around, no one showed up. I called them over 10 times and even had my home warranty call them. They were NOT accessible or ever return my phone calls. I texted them and also left a voicemail

Today, August 7th, I called my home warranty and switched vendors to fix my water heater issue. You would not believe it, but STAT called me today to ask me if I wanted to schedule with them???? As if, the scheduling of saturday's appointment never happened.

I could have screamed at them or ask where were you guys on saturday? Instead, I mentioned, I moved on and now writing this review to warn anyone who is thinking about using them. Their customer service was terrible. The fact, I never received services because they NEVER got back in touch with me until it was convenient for them, is a sign to not waste your time or money on this company.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This contractor was also dispatched through AHS. They have been to my home 3 times and have not resolved the issue yet. The last tech was so incompetent, he didn't know where to find the main drain line to snake in order to clear the clog and didn't bother to call me before he left my home. When I contacted him to let him know where it was, he told me he was going back and when the representative reached out to him, he asked that the service be transferred to another company because I was hard to deal with. I guess knowledge is powerful and he was intimidated by my knowledge because I wasn't going to allow him to rob me or the warranty company. I guess at the end of the day it boils down to how much money they can make off the job. To drain my main line he wanted to pull the toilet up which the warranty company does not cover and it would have cost $300+ out of pocket. After this encounter, I remembered that I dealt with them before and my experience was about the same. Typically when I have a bad experience I ask my warranty company to not dispatch them to my home but I guess when you're desperate you make an exception but this was definitely the last straw.

Also, from looking at the reviews I can see that I'm not the only one that has not had a favorable experience with this company.

Stat Plumbing did an outstanding job with installing my water heater & making sure I was a satisfied customer. My hot water heater went out on a Friday evening. I place a call to American Home Shield and was fortunate enough to get Stat Plumbing as the contractor. Stat came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They told me that I would need my hot water heater replace (which bummed me out), but knew that was probably the issue since I had my hot water heater since 1995. Although Stat came out immediately to diagnosis the problem, there were some minor issues with them returning to install that heater, but that was just a communication issue and really no ones fault. Because of the minor communication issue, Stat Plumbing went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer. When the technician, Blerim, arrived to my home he was very professional and extremely apologetic for the misunderingstanding. He quickly went to work and had me up and running in about two hours. I loved the service so much that the next time I have a plumbing issues, I will definitely request the services of Stat Plumbing.

I tried to have Stat Plumbing come out for another service at my home. The owner returned my call and agreed that the work would get done. We set up a day and were loosely working with a time. I told him that I understood that it was a last minute request and if he wouldn't be able to help then I would find another business to do the work....it didn't qualify as an emergency but was something I urgently wanted to take care of. He assured me that he could do the work. I haven't heard from the owner since. He isn't answering phone calls, the voicemail is full and he hasn't responded to texts. Now I'm stuck trying to find someone to come out on a Sunday. It's simply unprofessional and bad business.

They don't even deserve a 1, but zero star is not available. Stat Plumbing & Heating LLC is the absolute worse. The company from hell!. If American Home Shield assigns them as your company to repair, decline ASAP. The technicians are unprofessional, they are non responsive and will not call you back. Also please Don't pay your service fee to them first because they will leave and not preform the any services and then they will call American Home Shield and tell a fraudulent lie that the damage is not normal wear and tear. Folks please be very careful with dealing with Stat Plumbing.

I don't have anything positive to say. Two people came to my home to respond to a plumbing issue through American Home Shield. The first visit they stated that they thought the leak was due to a caulking issue and they left. The next day, I called them back because water was leaking through my ceiling at that point. They came out again, went into my attack and said it was of roof issue. Based on this, I called roofers out to my home who confirmed that it was a plumbing issue as there was a pipe in the attack that was disconnected. Stat Plumbing assessed my attack and DID NOT even see the disconnected pipe.

I left them a message with this information and they have not even returned my call to fix it and they have already been paid. The fact that they did not see the disconnected pipe is a serious concern and I now need to have another company come out. My issue is with American home shield for contacting with Stat Plumbing and with the technical proficiency of the staff.

I would never recommend this company. I used them through a home warranty company. The plumber was supposed to arrived between 5pm and 9pm, he arrived 950 and was gone at 957 and took my service fee. I think all they want is money and didn't even attempt to resolve the gas issue nor did he get back to me the following day so I contacted the company and may my complaint and close my order. Another plumber came and took care if the problem within an hour the following day. He should have not came out that late knowing he didn't want to do the job. I will NEVER use him again or recommend this company.

I am so impressed, satisfied, and happy. I had a leaking toilet which gave me a tremendous of water problems and damages. I called American Home Shield Company. They assigned to me STAT Plumbing and Heating Company. I received a call from STAT. Mr. Blerim was the plumber who came to my home. On Thurs. Sept. 15, 2016, Mr. Blerim came to my home repaired the leak in the toilet. Well, the next day, I discovered the toilet was still leaking in my basement. I called back to American Home Shield and they said they would notified the plumbing company. On Sat. Mr. Blerim came back to my home. He did another thorough examination, but this time went into the basement and discovered another problem with the toilet. Well, to shorten the story, Mr. Blerim and his assisting plumber, fixed the toilet problems. They took the toilet up and completely installed it again with such expertise, pleasure and manners. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the results. Not only were they professional, they did it with expertise, kindness and patience. They also took the time from their business schedule to cleanup my bathroom from all the water and trash. Leaving my bathroom clean. I want again thank STAT Plumbing and its expert plumbers, especial Mr. Blerim and his assistant plumber who helped him. Please make STAT Plumbing Company aware of this short note of appreciation. Again, thank you STAT Plumbing. I will make sure I recommend STAT to my family and friends!!!!!!
