I don't have anything positive to say. Two people came to my home to respond to a plumbing issue through American Home Shield. The first visit they stated that they thought the leak was due to a caulking issue and they left. The next day, I called them back because water was leaking through my ceiling at that point. They came out again, went into my attack and said it was of roof issue. Based on this, I called roofers out to my home who confirmed that it was a plumbing issue as there was a pipe in the attack that was disconnected. Stat Plumbing assessed my attack and DID NOT even see the disconnected pipe.

I left them a message with this information and they have not even returned my call to fix it and they have already been paid. The fact that they did not see the disconnected pipe is a serious concern and I now need to have another company come out. My issue is with American home shield for contacting with Stat Plumbing and with the technical proficiency of the staff.

I would never recommend this company. I used them through a home warranty company. The plumber was supposed to arrived between 5pm and 9pm, he arrived 950 and was gone at 957 and took my service fee. I think all they want is money and didn't even attempt to resolve the gas issue nor did he get back to me the following day so I contacted the company and may my complaint and close my order. Another plumber came and took care if the problem within an hour the following day. He should have not came out that late knowing he didn't want to do the job. I will NEVER use him again or recommend this company.

I am so impressed, satisfied, and happy. I had a leaking toilet which gave me a tremendous of water problems and damages. I called American Home Shield Company. They assigned to me STAT Plumbing and Heating Company. I received a call from STAT. Mr. Blerim was the plumber who came to my home. On Thurs. Sept. 15, 2016, Mr. Blerim came to my home repaired the leak in the toilet. Well, the next day, I discovered the toilet was still leaking in my basement. I called back to American Home Shield and they said they would notified the plumbing company. On Sat. Mr. Blerim came back to my home. He did another thorough examination, but this time went into the basement and discovered another problem with the toilet. Well, to shorten the story, Mr. Blerim and his assisting plumber, fixed the toilet problems. They took the toilet up and completely installed it again with such expertise, pleasure and manners. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the results. Not only were they professional, they did it with expertise, kindness and patience. They also took the time from their business schedule to cleanup my bathroom from all the water and trash. Leaving my bathroom clean. I want again thank STAT Plumbing and its expert plumbers, especial Mr. Blerim and his assistant plumber who helped him. Please make STAT Plumbing Company aware of this short note of appreciation. Again, thank you STAT Plumbing. I will make sure I recommend STAT to my family and friends!!!!!!

UPDATE: Not only did the asbestos spread downstairs, but throughout the entire home. My kids rooms, EVERYWHERE. $110k plus all said and done. We had to leave for more than month. They had to clean every surface, of every object in the entire home. Then remove all the duct work (and walls and ceilings to go with it.) Worst contractor that I ever met. We told him it as asbestos. The insurance company paid him EXTRA because of the asbestos. And he just went on his merry way, taking a buzz say to the asbestos tile. If you are looking for a way to increase the chances of lung cancer for your children, family, and guests, then hire this company.

Now, to top it all off, he is using picture of my home to advertise for his service. This is without my permission and he has ignored my requests to remove them.

I GUESS I WASNT FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO RECEIVE THE 4 AND 5 STAR RATING.

My kitchen sink stopped up Sunday evening, so I contacted American Home Shield Monday morning (8:30 am), and they assigned STAT PLUMBING & HEATING
Monday came and went no call... Hum, I gave them the benefit of doubt and called them on Tuesday morning (10:12 am) and left a message with my information, no call, I called back Tuesday evening ( 5:23 pm) left another message. NO CALL!!!
I called American Home Shield Wednesday morning, wanting another company, but they said I HAD to give them until 5:00 pm Wednesday evening, but the representative stated she was emailing the company as we were speaking to ""expedite"" the work order, yea right they STILL didn't call.
So today is Thursday and I finally, was assigned another company...

Monday I went downstairs in my mom's basement and it smelled like something had literally crawled in a crevice and died!! I was horrified!! I began looking for a rodent that had obviously decomposed. In my search, I found that the water heater was leaking. My mom called American Home Shield and came in contact with STAT Plumbing.

Shab came and took a look at the issue. It was, of course, the water heater amongst other things. He explained that the house was so old that almost every part needed to be replaced. My mom scheduled an appointment for Thursday. In the meantime, Shab turned off the hot water valve. This meant that for 2 days we were on bird bath mode!! Yuck!! While I am so thrilled to warm up water in the microwave, I would much rather it come out hot from the spout.

On Thursday, Shab arrived on time, as promised. He was courteous, informative and very knowledgeable. Within 3-4 hours, I had a new water heater, new gas valves and some more things my lack of expertise won't allow me to recall.

Nonetheless, I recommend STAT to anyone needing immediately and professional attention. I definitely will be reaching out them in the VERY near future.

There was no option for a zero star rating so we gave this company a one star rating. We called our home warranty company for a clogged toilet. We were dispatched a guy from Stat Plumbing with questionable plumbing knowledge and even more questionable business practices. The man (I would not call him a plumber) came and diagnosed the issue stating he would need to pull the toilet in order to snake the pipe then advised the extra cost was not covered by the home warranty for pull and reset of toilet was $400. This seemed a bit steep considering one can get a brand new toilet installed for much cheaper, including a new toilet. Angie's List advised a national average of $125 to $260 depending on your location to install a new toilet. The excuse the man gave after I inquired several times why their prices were much higher than other plumbers who quoted the same pull and reset between $175 to $195 was because if he breaks the toilet himself, they would need to cover the cost of the replacement toilet. I replied with, so you're making the consumer pay extra IN CASE you make a mistake doing your own job by breaking the toilet. He then proceeded to advise, I'm just a plumber that's the cost my company charges for a pull and reset. After his completely ridiculous response we requested our home warranty company find another plumbing company come to unclog our toilet. There was no need to remove the toilet and they were in and out of our home in less than an hour. After our experience with Stat Plumbing, their blatant price gouging and questionable business practices we would NOT RECOMMEND them to our friends, family or even people we dislike. We will be filing a formal complaint with our home warranty company in regards to Stat Plumbing services. The man the company sent certainly takes advantage of the consumer when he sees a household full of women who he assumes would not be savvy enough to check on prices. In this day and age the internet is widely used and anything can be researched. You would think a merchant would know that the average consumer does research nowadays. Perhaps, he may still get over on the elderly who is not connected to the Internet; however, in this day and age, our grand parents, the elderly have smart phones and tablets.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Avoid these people. They failed to return phone calls and after finally setting an appointment window, they failed to show up, failed to call to say they were not showing up, and failed to return the call as to why they did not show up. This company is a discredit to the word ""business"".

Thank you Stat plumbing for your impeccable service. The owner of the company did the installation of my very complicated furnace, he was so humble and professional and when one of his workers came in to assist he was also courteous and very professional. It turned out to be a two day job and I just can't enough positive things about this company. Should require plumbing services again I will only use this company.
