This company provided an excellent service during our time of need. Our water heater went out and we needed to get it back on so we could bathe our baby that evening. They responded right away and sent a technician within a couple hours. The young man, Chris, showed up on time with a mask and was very polite and courteous. EXCELLENT, HONEST, REASONABLE & RELIABLE. I am always skeptical when using a new plumber or electrician, but I was pleasantly surprised by Chris at STAT Plumbing. We are so relieved to find someone we can trust, who is reasonable and calls you back. Chris was busy, but made contact with me for two days until he could get to us. When he arrived, he had his mask on and did a thorough job at finding the root of our leak problem. He ran his cameras through the pipes to make sure there was not another issue and to our surprise, there was not as much damage as another contractor previous told us. Love this guy. On time, professional, and knows his stuff. Put in a tankless water heater and he explained the difference of the many brands which is a big difference in quality and put in a whole house filtration in other words a soft water system. Best thing ever. What a difference. Competitive pricing.

I do not like any kind of a contractor because they lie, cheat and you can never count on them to show up. A completely DIFFERENT and PLEASURABLE experience. Can't say it enough. Having him back now to do more plumbing work.

STAT Plumbing was a great find. Truth be told, I originally scheduled a different plumber simply due to the order of callbacks. I literally had to ask the first plumber to leave my home - one of the more dishonest/misleading plumbers I've dealt with on Yelp. I called Chris again, letting him know I needed his services.
