My old hot water heater died and they were able to get a new tankless system installed the next day. The price was very good but more importantly, the new water heater is awesome. Chris was very accommodating and cleaned up any installation dust. Very painless process.

First off if there was a button for 10 stars....I would push it twice! I can't say enough great things about this company and the employees. Secondly Chris is just a stand up guy. He was very quick to respond to my initial request for a quote, straight, to the point and let's you know what you need and what you don't (not trying to upcharge you for random things). 3rd when there was a manufacturer error on a valve that started to leak (at no fault to Chris), Chris was back the next day to replace it. I wasn't even home, but had no problem trusting him to get the job done, but Chris went above and beyond to text me pictures of the replaced valve, and even willing to facetime all the proof of repairs. All of this was about 3-4 weeks ago....and today I had an emergency with a cut gas line due to a trencher going to deep. The very first person I thought of was Chris @STAT PLUMBING! He was able to diagnose the problem through pics that I sent him. He calmly lowered my heart, helped me address the issues and set up a plan of attack. What a legit guy and company, willing to talk me through my issue with advice and even offered to facetime for better clarification!!!! This is the type of company you keep in your rolodex (contacts for you millenials/y/z/coronials.....forever!!! FYI I've been on Yelp for years and this is the guy that made me write my first review! Just Great!

Couldn't have been happier with Chris' generosity (he spent a ton of time texting with me as I troubleshot issues with my tankless water heater before he even got the job), punctuality, transparency and workmanship. He proved to be reliable, intelligent and flexible. Chris ran a dedicated 1" gas line to my water heater and offered to look into any other issues I might be having as well. I HIGHLY recommend Chris. I wish all contractors and subcontractors were of his caliber. I would definitely hire him again.

It was time to replace an old hot water tank with a tankless system. The process could not have been easier from start to finish. The installer Chris came on time and had everything he need for the job and then some. Three hours later I had a new Tankless system in the house.

Because of the current social distancing recommendations Chris was very cautious and maintained a contactless distance throughout.

I was installing a new kitchen faucet and discovered that I needed to replace the hot water shutoff valve. Unfortunately, I was unable to remove the brass connector ring because it was bent out of shape and I did not have the proper tools to cut the pipe to get it off. At this point it was 3pm on a Saturday and the Coronavirus had shut most businesses down, and I could not turn my water back on until the shutoff valve was fixed. I tried the top result of a google search, and after waiting 30 minutes without a call back from the contractor, I found STAT on yelp and gave Chris a call. He was able to come to my house in less than an hour and fix the problem (while wearing a facemask, thanks to the pandemic). I went ahead and asked him to install the faucet while he was there, and he didn't charge me for the shutoff valve repair. During the installation, he discovered that the control box for the motion sensor on the faucet was defective, and said that they tend to break down a lot. I have since received a functioning control box from the manufacturer and it was as easy for me to install as Chris said it would be (I never would have guessed the original box I received was defective had I installed it myself that day). Great fast / local service at a very reasonable price, I definitely recommend!

Yesterday, Chris replaced an existing water heater (that had suddenly stopped working after a 9 year run) with a Navien tankless unit. I had been contemplating switching over to a tankless for awhile now, and Chris answered my numerous questions promptly. He was professional, on time, had good communication skills, and stayed within the timeframe he stated beforehand. I was able to be on time for my online class, which I appreciated. Good job, Chris!
