It was time to replace an old hot water tank with a tankless system. The process could not have been easier from start to finish. The installer Chris came on time and had everything he need for the job and then some. Three hours later I had a new Tankless system in the house.

Because of the current social distancing recommendations Chris was very cautious and maintained a contactless distance throughout.

I was installing a new kitchen faucet and discovered that I needed to replace the hot water shutoff valve. Unfortunately, I was unable to remove the brass connector ring because it was bent out of shape and I did not have the proper tools to cut the pipe to get it off. At this point it was 3pm on a Saturday and the Coronavirus had shut most businesses down, and I could not turn my water back on until the shutoff valve was fixed. I tried the top result of a google search, and after waiting 30 minutes without a call back from the contractor, I found STAT on yelp and gave Chris a call. He was able to come to my house in less than an hour and fix the problem (while wearing a facemask, thanks to the pandemic). I went ahead and asked him to install the faucet while he was there, and he didn't charge me for the shutoff valve repair. During the installation, he discovered that the control box for the motion sensor on the faucet was defective, and said that they tend to break down a lot. I have since received a functioning control box from the manufacturer and it was as easy for me to install as Chris said it would be (I never would have guessed the original box I received was defective had I installed it myself that day). Great fast / local service at a very reasonable price, I definitely recommend!

Yesterday, Chris replaced an existing water heater (that had suddenly stopped working after a 9 year run) with a Navien tankless unit. I had been contemplating switching over to a tankless for awhile now, and Chris answered my numerous questions promptly. He was professional, on time, had good communication skills, and stayed within the timeframe he stated beforehand. I was able to be on time for my online class, which I appreciated. Good job, Chris!

My water heater decided it was going to start leaking one day and I didn't realize until it had flooded my bathroom completely(the water heater is right next to my bathroom). I called STAT and Chris came out same day to replace the heater and even gave us agreat recommendation for a contractor that could re-tile my bathroom. Easiest resolution to a plumbing problem that could have been an absolute pain. Thank you Chris!

10/10 Would recommend every time!
Our water heater started leaking and we needed someone fast, but didn't want to be ripped off on price and/or have someone do a half ass job. Chris was recommended by a good friend and he was amazing!!! We reached out and he responded quickly and he was upfront and informative. Our toilets were in dire need of replacing. Called Chris and he not only showed up on time he went out of the way to pick my toilets for me. Talk about service.
