Yesterday, Chris replaced an existing water heater (that had suddenly stopped working after a 9 year run) with a Navien tankless unit. I had been contemplating switching over to a tankless for awhile now, and Chris answered my numerous questions promptly. He was professional, on time, had good communication skills, and stayed within the timeframe he stated beforehand. I was able to be on time for my online class, which I appreciated. Good job, Chris!

My water heater decided it was going to start leaking one day and I didn't realize until it had flooded my bathroom completely(the water heater is right next to my bathroom). I called STAT and Chris came out same day to replace the heater and even gave us agreat recommendation for a contractor that could re-tile my bathroom. Our water heater started leaking and we needed someone fast, but didn't want to be ripped off on price and/or have someone do a half ass job. Chris was recommended by a good friend and he was amazing!!! We reached out and he responded quickly and he was upfront and informative. Our toilets were in dire need of replacing. Called Chris and he not only showed up on time he went out of the way to pick my toilets for me. Talk about service. My water heater had to be replaced and I called around on a Friday to see who was available and get quotes, I got no responses !!! My son told me about thumbtack, so I got the App and contacted 4 companies in my area but again nothing except for Stat Emergency Plumbing Services, one I hadn't contacted because Chris was not in my area !!!! I am so glad he did !!!! He drove 2 hours to replace my water heater and he was on time !!!! Amazing ! He got right to work and I had hot water an hour and 15 minutes later !! He is very professional and polite. He knows what he's doing and his prices are reasonable !! I would highly recommend him and I would hire him again ! Thank you Chris -you are the best !!!!
