On time, brought along the right part because I'd provided him with pics of the problem so he knew what to bring, was in and out in about thirty minutes, polite, intelligent, and wore booties over his work boots to not bring dirt or debris from the wet pavement on the carpeted staircase to the second floor of this townhome and on to the carpeted landing as well.

I would recommend you keep them on your perhaps ""preferred service provided"" list of plumbers.

Our property management uses this company with usually good results and called them to unclog a kitchen sink at our rental property. Unfortunately the technician failed to write down the details of the nature of the clog (grease? Food? Objects?) therefore we got stuck with the bill.
I would like to be able to use their services again, but only if their technicians are reliable with the details of their services.

The short story: Top notch quality and value provided every step of the way!

Needed emergency replacement of the water heater and got very quick service. Eric came out the day of my call to assess the job. He was very professional and informative. We made all the arrangements and permit work needed. As scheduled, Alex came with the new water heater and all additional parts to bring the installation up to code. His work was excellent and very efficient. The building inspector's appointment was easy and on time. Michelle called to follow up, completing a job well done. Every step provided great service and value above and beyond, especially since it is just before the holiday.

Wish I could give more stars -- this company gives stellar service at the best rates. My faucet had to be replaced so I called Starving Plumbers and they were again great! Got fast response from Eric and the job was easily scheduled; Alex came out and replaced my faucet quickly and efficiently. He also taught me how to maintain all my faucets so that they won't need to be replaced and on his way out made sure to teach me how to turn off the water and gas in the event of an emergency. I really appreciate the time, care and patience he gave me. The caliber of plumber working for Starving Plumbers is exceptional. They are my go to plumbers from now on.

Highest quality service at a very competitive price!
Needed to replace an old and leaking water tank. The plumber arrived at my home right on time. He drained and removed my old tank so quietly, hardly knew the work was happening! He got everything done, cleaned up in no time. He was even concerned about my dog really running out the open door, kept it minimally ajar.

Altogether a very good experience. I highly recommend!

The Company did an amazing job fixing my leak. They were responsive, efficient and a great value. I would recommend them to anyone. Let's do whatever it takes to keep them in business. When you find a good plumber you want to keep them.

I had some concerns regarding my sump pump noise under the house. I bought my house in 2020 and had never heard the pump due to the drought. I requested a quote from Starving Plumber's and was called back in ten minutes. Eric arrived in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He evaluated my pump, tested it with my hose. He assured me it was working well and sounded normal. No Charge for his time and I am very Grateful. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them.

wow! eric at starving plumbers in san rafael, marin county, just quoted me an hourly price of $197.00 per hour. i nicely told him he was doing 'the marin gouge' and he laughed. (evilly)

i found someone else who was excellent and guess what . . i still have all my body parts because this licensed plumber didn't charge me an arm and a leg!!!! if you aren't a millionaire don't hire 'starving plumbers,' or you'll be the one starving!!!

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Called Starving Plumbers. They sent Patrick out the same day. He was incredibly fast and insightful and fixed the drain. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Starving Plumbers!!!
