I had a new fridge delivered and found out I didn't have a waterline in my new townhome. I called up and had Jake come over to set it up. Ended up needing to come up with a brand new solution on how to get the waterline set up and he walked me through the whole solution step by step. By the end of the day - my fridge is working like a charm! Water and ice included!

Bonus points - he spent extra effort making friends with my dog as well! 10/10 amazing and recommended.

Alex from Starving Plumbers came out to do the annual cleaning and de-scaling maintenance on the Navien Tankless Water Heater they had installed. Very thorough and professional job. Also fixed a leaking shower head and went under the house to adjust the main Pressure Reducing Valve. Really went the extra mile, as usual. An hour well spent!

On time, brought along the right part because I'd provided him with pics of the problem so he knew what to bring, was in and out in about thirty minutes, polite, intelligent, and wore booties over his work boots to not bring dirt or debris from the wet pavement on the carpeted staircase to the second floor of this townhome and on to the carpeted landing as well.

I would recommend you keep them on your perhaps ""preferred service provided"" list of plumbers.

Our property management uses this company with usually good results and called them to unclog a kitchen sink at our rental property. Unfortunately the technician failed to write down the details of the nature of the clog (grease? Food? Objects?) therefore we got stuck with the bill.
I would like to be able to use their services again, but only if their technicians are reliable with the details of their services.
