Tri-Cities' top handyman. We function as your expert maintenance and home repair company for the community. Our services are a cost-effective option for property maintenance. Typically, we are labeled under handyman services on honey-do lists, but in the housing sector, it’s known as property upkeep.
After 20 years of experience in the property industry, I observed that many homeowners requested the same fixes as my tenants. Most were left with options of national plumbers and electricians for simple repairs. I decided to deliver these repairs to homeowners, enabling them to save time and money while building a niche for myself.
I can confidently say I have a deep passion for what I do. From the age of 8, I’ve been involved in this industry, starting at craft shows with my mom. At 10, I shifted my skills to assist my dad with his tenants, and at 18, I joined the army as a mechanic before earning an art degree from SVSU. Before long, I transformed my interests in woodworking and crafting into learning everything related to property maintenance. If it’s out there, I’ve seen it, resolved it, or addressed it. You can rely on me to perform the repairs that others cannot do within the timeline and budget you require.

Gerald W.Fast and friendly, called and they came in less then an hour. They went to work and were done in 2 hours. The only down side is when the city came to inspect the work and almost didn't pass it. The city tech talk to his boss and OK it. The price was very good. The a work was a little out line, the pipe is a little curved. An up side is the pipe they removed was very plugged and now my water presser is much better.
