With two decades in the housing industry, I observed that many homeowners needed the same services as my tenants. Many had options of big-name plumbers and electricians for basic repairs. I decided to offer these solutions to homeowners, enabling them to conserve time and money while establishing a specialty for myself.
It would be an understatement to say I have a genuine love for what I do. Since 8, I’ve been active in this industry, starting at craft shows with my mom. When I was 10, I moved my skills to assist my dad with his real estate, and at 18, I served in the army as a mechanic before earning an art degree from SVSU. Gerald W.Fast and friendly, called and they came in less then an hour. They went to work and were done in 2 hours. The only down side is when the city came to inspect the work and almost didn't pass it. The city tech talk to his boss and OK it. The price was very good. The a work was a little out line, the pipe is a little curved. An up side is the pipe they removed was very plugged and now my water presser is much better.
