Many plumbers have a bad reputation for high prices and suggesting unneeded work. Not so for Star Plumbing!

Juan Gutierrez, senior plumber, was on time, investigated the problem and came up with a solution that fixed my drains in a couple of hours. During the inspection, he found a series of pipes that had a labrynth of twists and turns and suggested replacing them with direct connections that should eliminate clogs in the future. He also installed a cleanout line that lead to the street.

The entire job was very reasonably priced! The work was done in a few hours. They cleaned up all areas before they left. As with any repair company or contractor, you need to ask all your questions and know what the job should cost before agreeing to a price. If you don't know, get a 2nd opinion.

Great service. Luis, the owners nephew, was very professional. He came the first time to help us evaluate and figure out a solution, and didn't expect anything in return. Then he came a second time to help re-evaluate. The third time was to do the work, which he took care of quickly in spite of problems. All three times he came as promised and was on time.

I had a break in a 2"" plastic pipe that star plumbing found, about 2' deep. The soil was soft because of the water break. Star plumbing came ill prepared for a simple task. I lend them several tools, plus a measuring tape, water vacuum and sandpaper. The bill was $ 2,100. I could had easily done the work in a couple of hours. had I known. I would have send home after paying them for finding the leak
