He returned our phone call right away and respectfully let us know that he was running late. He is very thorough and kind. We have his magnet as our only go-to guy.

I needed a plumber on a Friday afternoon for a clogged shower drain. I didn't expect it but within one hour the plumber arrived. Fred was professional and knew the problem right away. In and out within 20 minutes and now I have a shower again! Great job Fred!! Highly recommended!

Julio came to do a sewer lateral replacement. He talked us through all the steps, answered all our questions, and was in contact with us the whole time. He took care of all the requirements and passed the county tests and issued us a copy of the final certificate. He even helped replace an old water faucet in our backyard at no extra charge.

Very efficient. Robert and his crew work hard and finished replacing our sewer lateral in a timely manner. They coordinated with the City to get a permit and inspection and kept us informed of their progress. The work was completed as scheduled.

Scheduled to have this company come out to snake clogged drain. They were past due the appointment time so I call them to ask about status. They said they were delayed and tried to come later in the day. Juan apologized and rescheduled the next morning at 9. He said he would be there. He is now past due, yet again, but this time instead of my patience he gets this review.

Fool me once, shame one you! Fool me twice, shame on me!
