We had clogged pipes that ended up being a bigger issue that needed to be fixed once and for all. Star Rooter came early the very next day and worked hard on clearing the pipes and even used a backhoe to clear to the street. Alex worked with us on the different options and worked with us on the price. Our clay pipes going from the house to the street was a huge job. They came back and worked close to 12hrs to complete the project. All the plumbers were working hard and really appreciate their work. I would recommend their services and will definitely use again.

had a leak at a joint of an old cast iron drain pipe. Leo came and gave an estimate of $395, in which I had agreed to. Leo spent as much time on personal phone calls as he did replacing g the pipe. Once completed, he had asked me to turn on the water to test the fitting, once I turn on the water - he went and took another personal phone call. Leaving me with the flash light of my phone checking for leaks. He didn't clean up after himself, I had to clean up after him like his mother. When it was time for the invoice, he billed me $100 more. I didn't want to argue and paid him. The work was satisfactory, but his professionalism was lacking.

I've called on Star rooter twice for issues at my house. Unfortunately they gave me the news the second time and told me my sewer lateral needed to be replaced. They were extremely fair in their pricing and super professional every step of the way. They immediately started permits and did the job not two weeks later! They completed the whole thing in about 6 hours and they did a damn good job filling in concrete and adding a cleanout outside my house. They cleaned up afterwards too and left everything neat, even the bushes they stepped on!

So I highly recommend Star rooter for plumbing needs, big or small. They're responsive and professional. And they even have emergency services so that's a plus.

Our job was handled very well from getting permits done, great at keeping us updated, passing all permits on the first inspections. This was a 2-day job, first day was cancelled due to torrential rain. Second day as we were told 2 work crews were here and they finished the job as scheduled. the number of Star Rooter & Plumbing from a friend of mine who had used them before and was very happy with their work so I called them and they came right out. Juan came out looked at the job and gave me a price that was very good and I hired them on the spott. His son Alex came out with 2 other men and fixed my problem right away. It was raining that day so it got very muddy but they stayed on the job till it was done. When they left they had cleaned everything up as if nothing had happened. Alex was great because he explained everything to me while they were doing the job and answered all of my questions so I understood what was going on. They are the only plumbers I will use in the future and would recommend to any of my friends.
