- We’re Set to Deliver Comfort! Owner Michael Wallace has been a service technician for both residential and commercial needs since 1975 and obtained his HVAC license in 1987. He has taught HVAC courses at the college level at ITT Technical Institute and Ivy Tech State College for 20 years. He is supported by technicians he has personally trained, including two of his sons.

Sarah serves as the operations manager at STAR Heating & Cooling. She is responsible for the daily activities of the company. With a decade of experience in this business, she is truly passionate about the industry.
