He has spent 20 years teaching HVAC courses at both ITT Technical Institute and Ivy Tech State College. He is backed by technicians he has personally mentored, including two of his sons.

Sarah is the operations manager at STAR Heating & Cooling. She is responsible for the daily activities of the company. With 10 years in the industry, she possesses a strong passion for this field.
