We had a broken sewer pipe in our tree covered Burlingame Hills, front hill that is lovely compact rock hard clay that was covered by a nice giant tree root with siblings. Stanley came out to look at it and advised the situation of a repair that was due. He fixed it and even did the repair three feet further up into the hill. No nonsense just straight forward, this is the problem, this is what you need to do. We'll be calling him again next Spring when the tree siblings have grand siblings.

Stanley has been our go-to plumber for several years. We live in Redwood City and love supporting a local businessman, but also find him to be an excellent plumber. He is always prompt (astonishingly so), very friendly, has excellent communication skills, and does a thorough job.

We've also found his prices to be extremely reasonable; he has done a lot of small/medium-sized jobs in our bathrooms and kitchen, but we recently had to run a long gas line outdoors, requiring 100 feet of 2-foot-deep trench. He was very diligent, doing the job partially while we were out of town (we trust him completely), but also quoted us a rate several $thousand less than two other plumbers did. He also seeks ways to be efficient with his time and our money -- he found an easier way to hook up another part of our outdoor system, replacing a small bit of pipe when another plumber wanted to dig a redundant trench to replace pipe that Stanley discovered was just fine.

We would recommend Stanley to anyone and plan to continue to engage him for all of our plumbing needs.

Stanley installed a water heater that was too big to go into the utilities closet. With a little extra work, it fits. He made a return trip no charge. Have his business card taped to my water heater just in case. What more do you need to know? Give him a call he's a good guy!

Friendly, Professional, Efficient, and will work with Excellent music taste (provided by the customer, of course...).

The two man crew arrived ~10 min early to install a new toilet, and haul away the old one, no questions or concerns, just great, quick work. The old one was out, and the new one was fully functional in less than an hour.

I have been working with Stanley for over 8 years. Back in 2010 he came to my home at 6:30 a.m. after a water pipe broke in our master bedroom. He was the only plumber who called me back at that hour. Since then he has helped us with many other plumbing projects (installing new faucets, etc.)

Yesterday, our water heater stopped working. I called him at 7 a.m. and he responded almost immediately. He sent a partner to our home and the issue was resolved by noon. It turned out the pilot light had gone out. We didn't need a new water heater, though I was prepared to pay for one. Instead, at Stanley's recommendation, we were not charged at all! This level of service is astounding in this day and age. Not only does Stanley deliver high quality work, he believes in developing long-standing relationships with his clients.

I highly recommend Stanley for any of your projects.

Stanley just replaced my old galvanized water system with copper, working under the house in the crawl space. A rotten job and he went to work with a huge smile. He knew his stuff.
