Will never do business with this company. They showed up to my house to give me a quote never mentioned it would cost me anything just to get a quote. Had the upfront cost for a quote been discussed with me then maybe but to be honest there are plenty of plumbers who actually want to earn your business who will not charge for a quote. Do your self a favor, call someone who isn't going to Nickel and Dime you.

Rickey called me ahead of time about the appointment. They showed up on time and had all of the tools ready to fix our pipes. It was a very cold winter morning and I really appreciate that both Rickey and his partner were diligent and made sure our pipes were fixed and everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend Staggs Plumbing to anyone.

Staggs' plumbing customer service is terrible! They kept up charging me while the install was taking place. It started at $4,700.00 and ended at $5300.00. I told 2 different office employees I was driving halfway across the country to my new home and asked if it would be a problem if I paid them when I arrived. They both said, "That's fine," and highly suggested I use their financing. I told them I could pay cash, debit, or credit card, but they were very persistent in using the finance vendor. So I did, and again said I wouldn't be able to sign up for it for 4 days because of traveling. They said, "That's fine" again. They did the work and called and texted me 3 to 5 times a day for 6 days straight! Two of the days were weekend days, and the finance company wasn't open. Everytime they called, they got meaner and nastier on the phone. I paid my bill the following Monday, like I promised in the first place. I don't like being treated like a criminal, especially when it was their idea to go with their financing. The work was done shoddy, and they had to come out on Sunday and fix the new leaking water heater again. I also had mentioned a small drip leak on my washing machine, but they wouldn't fix it until I "paid the bill." Go anywhere else and get better service for your money.

Cost us thousands after they used a camera and misdiagnosed the area of the leak to be under our dining room and jack hammered the entire floor and dug it all up before discovering there were NO pipes. Forced us to pay them to repair the floor or they would leave it like it was. They were fined by the State of Texas but we never saw any of that money. Didn't get a permit from the city before the work either.

Another company found the leak just along the edge of the house (Outside) where they said is the first place a plumber should look.

This happened years ago, but I was horrified to see they were still out there when I googled for a plumber. They have NEVER attempted to make restitution.

I spoke to a few other plumbing companies, but decided on Stagg's due to April's responsiveness & patience with me. Pretty simple concept, but she stepped up where others failed.

The part that scared me the most was not having an idea of what they would quote me once they got here. I did some research on what the pricing should/would be and Nick & Quinn ended up quoting me right in the ballpark, which I appreciate. They also gave me a heads up when they were coming. They took the time to explain what needed to be done & made some suggestions as to what I needed to look out for in the future. What they didn't do was try to upsell me on unnecessary work/repairs. Staggs is professional, courteous & I'll have no problem recommending them to my neighbors. I had knots in my stomach just thinking about having to call a plumber so thank you for making this experience a positive one.

When I turned on my dishwasher this afternoon my tub on the other side of the wall filled with sewage and the water from my toilet leaked completely out from around the bottom of it and filled my bathroom floor, running into my hallway. The smell was atrocious and being there are four adults in our home all day long either working or schooling we needed help quickly.
I found Staggs Plumbing online and was so grateful April was able to work us into their schedule within the hour...thank you April!
Jonathan Cortez and Juan Mendez were the two gentlemen sent to our rescue! They were both so kind and polite. They explained our situation to us, then quickly went to work fixing the issue. These guys are sincerely skilled and efficient, we really can't say enough about them! Thank you, Jonathan and Juan, we so appreciate you!

Staggs Plumbing replaced my daughter's leaking water heater and did a fine job, with high quality materials, at a fair price. The job was scheduled and done the day I contacted them. The old cold water supply shut-off would not fully close and they took care of that problem, also. The old overflow pan you can see in the photo is ugly but sound; it just needed a bit of sealant on the exit fitting so we decided I'd do that myself, saving some money and avoiding putting the pan in the trash. I was very pleased with the work and the expertise of the master plumber who did it! A true family business. The next time I need plumbing work done, I'll certainly call Staggs first.

Front yard spigot had been leaking on and off for years. Decided to once again fix by replacing the washers myself but instead the entire assembly was toast. Was not planning on keeping the water to house off too long so needed an emergency plumber pronto.

Called a couple plumbing companies but no one had openings until the follow week. Called Staggs and they sent a person out right away. Matt explained everything that he might have to do; 90s house, if welded and not screw in have to take out brick to replace and put in correct screw in version, if screw in then simple fix. Luckily was the simple fix.

Matt and Garrett were awesome. Even got a lesson on how to keep outdoor spigots lasting longer. Highly recommend this company. All around great experience in a stressful circumstance.
