Ruben installed the tankless replacement heater and everything worked as expected! He was very courteous and cleaned up after the installation.

On time actually early. Ruben and Steven were professional and drained and removed old Waterheater and installed new Waterheater in less than 2 hours. Steven, the owner answered all questions and we are happy with hot water.

SPS Plumbing provides exceptional service. Their team of Specialists are amazing and provides great service. I had an issue with obtaining hot water from my water heater and was able to immediately schedule a specialist to examine the issue the following day. SPS is ""Best in the plumbing industry "" in providing knowledge and expertise at the issue at hand. I will highly consider SPS Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Thank you Ruben and Steven

Very satisfied with the service ! Our relatively new AO Smith water heater started having flame backfiring issue. SPS plumbing provided an appointment in reasonable time. The technician Steven was very competent and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell anything extra, and also replaced only the part which was the issue. Unlike some other contractors who like to recommend replacing unnecessary components. After the fix he spent good enough time to confirm. He was accurate even in predicting when the part would exactly arrive from the manufacturer. Steven was patient throughout the whole process and answer all questions I had.

I'm an existing SPS customer and are very pleased with their service, efficiency and quality of work. This visit I had some work done in the main water pipe, also remove and replace new shower spout and handle. Work was done in timely manner and was the technician was aware of keeping the work area clean afterwards. I will continue to contact SPS for any future projects. Thank you SPS Plumbing.

My mom's water heater was tagged by PG&E to have the pipes replaced and updated for safety. SPS made it easy to make an appointment and updated me days before, during the appointment and afterwards for follow up. The work was performed professionally and efficiently. We were very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

First class experience at every stage: replaced 3 toilets, they got details of old and replacement toilets prior to coming out (so no surprises), came within the time window, flawless installation, thorough cleanup and took the old toilets and all packing material away.
A very knowledgeable suggestion was to install the toilets with double thick wax rings rather than the rings that came with the Kohler toilets, to which I agreed; don't want any colorful leakage!
SPS Plumbing has been my plumber of choice for 5 years, and will continue to be.

SPS installed a new tankless water heater for my rental townhouse. They show up on time and did the job efficiently. Price is comparable with other quotes that I got and they quote you over the phone while a local plumber had to come out and charge $39 for a quote. They use copper pipe compression joints instead of soldering which is safer and no lead for sure. I am a happy customer.

This company will scam you! They will charge you for anything and everything. $220 per hour and that's not even including the service... that's just for the plumber's time... even if the plumber did absolutely nothing.
I have a problem with my water heater and it sounds and looks like it is leaking. Sizzling by the burner and not producing hot water. So I call the manufacturer and they give me a few contacts of plumbing companies in the area that will work under warranty.
Plumber arrives and tries to convince me that the water heater is fine and the issue is the venting. Wait what?!?! I can clearly see and hear there is something wrong with the heater... Pilot was fine... I previously emptied the tank to see if sediment had a factor but the water came out clear.
So the plumber and his boss suggests that I need to re-vent the whole unit. Which didn't make any sense at the time but they're playing their games.
I still have a leaking water heater and this company is trying to charge me a ridiculous amount for this plumber driving to my location and give me wrong information that would've costed me a lot more money. If I agreed to their ""suggestions"" I'd be paying them hundreds to re-vent the unit to end up still with a broken water heater.
They are upset at me for making this an issue and threatening me that they will send the invoice to collections. Am I wrong here?
Look, they're highly rated so I'm sure their other jobs go well but I was a warranty job... I don't know if that makes a difference but if you're calling for a warranty, save yourself time, money, stress and do not call these guys.
Update
I just got a second opinion from another plumber and they said it's 100% a leak. I will be getting a brand new replacement all under warranty. Thanks SPS for a giving me that experience.
Call William H. Scott plumbing instead. He is his own boss and won't charge you unless he does actual work. He's a very kind, knowledgeable older gentleman. Came in and literally got me a new one within 30 min.

After a terrible visit by Gladiator plumbing, who obviously did not seem to know what they were doing, charged more than peers, and wouldn't honor the Friday/Saturday service. SPS was recommended to me as by my normal plumber, to fix my tankless Noritz heater. Steve came to my place on Friday and obviously knew what he was doing. He rebuilt the unit with the parts from Noritz (under warrantee) and we tried to fire up, but one component was stopping progress. (Noritz's fault, as they should have replaced the fan motor and circuit board). We were stopped with cold water after 5 days, no end in site. We worked the problem and Steve Sosa had me up and running the next day at our original price agreement. I highly recommend SPS Plumbing and will use them again in the future.
