We had problems with our A/C and Spot On sent Shawn to assess the situation. He responded quickly at a time of record-breaking heat here in OC. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. After getting the unit to function, it was clear there were additional issues in the ducts in our attic that needed to be addressed. A team came out a week later to remove asbestos in an open, unsealed duct and replace and repair some other ducts. The unit now effectively forces air out of all vents and we have an overall cooler (and less hazardous) home. Every aspect of this service was high quality and exceeded our expectations. I've already passed along the referral to friends and neighbors.

I have to agree with the reviews about the company price gauging. To replace our water heater, they gave me a quote of $4600. Absolutely ridiculous. Water heaters go from 700-1000 dollars. So their workers are so skilled and talented that they charge roughly $3600 for labor? For about one hour of actual installation work? I found someone else to replace my water heater and it took one hour to do. And they offered a fair price. Sad what some companies do to people.

I called and i was glad to hear someone would be available to come to my house that same day. Unfortunately they require a $65 deposit that would go towards the service after thre diagnosis... i wouldnt mind paying it if i didnt already know the problem on my AC unit. I told them Nexgen already diagnosed it and i was told the water is clogged which is why the sensor keeps shutting it down. I dont beed a diagnosis i need a quote. Unwilling to guve an estimate, sad that i have to take my business elsewhere

Andrew came out to take care of my A/C maintenance and a plumbing repair. Did an amazing job and was so friendly and helpful. Spent a few hours at my house and then cleaned up the floor under my washing machine! He's great. My sister has an upcoming appointment for her A/C and I hope Andrew will be able to help her also. I love Spot On. Every technician has done a great job and even scheduling the appointments is easy. Joyce is the best.

Danny and his team were amazing from start to finish. I initially asked Danny for a quote on my AC unit not producing a lot of cold air. Upon inspection, he found a leak in the system. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was extremely professional, and keeps on top of his team to do the same. Aside from being knowledgeable and honest, he is punctual and very clean. The day of the repair, his team arrived on time and made sure to lay down protective covers over my floors to prevent any possible damage. Also knowing that it can be a dirty job changing out old filters or attending to the unit itself, his team made sure to leave everything almost completely spotless. I am so thankful for their help and will continue to return for services with this company moving forward!
