Had our air conditioner and furnace/blower replaced last week by CWP. The service was excellent from our call to request an estimate until the job was completed. Juan was very professional, anticipated most of our questions, provided a detailed estimate and oversaw the installation process. All of the installers were so friendly and professional. They covered our floors with drop cloths, wore shoe protectors and masks and all the necessary protective gear when they had to go under the house. The job was completed in a little over 1 day, but Juan made sure that we could use the a/c that night (it has gotten to about 100 during the day). We will happily recommend them to anyone who needs to install or replace their system. Would have given them a 10 star rating, but 5 is the highest. Thank you Juan and CWP for your excellent work!

This review is based on customer service. Saturday night my AC unit went out during one of the hottest weekends Labor Day and I wasn't able to reach anyone to service my unit. Jay from CWP HVAC responded to me and I was able to schedule service for my unit.Of course due to the holiday weekend and the terrible heat I knew they were busy and wouldn't be able to service my unit during the weekend. In fact Tuesday was the soonest appointment available I was able to book. But CWP HVAC gave me the fastest response and soonest appointment possible which I greatly appreciated.

We recently had an entire new system installed by CWP. I've been in the sales/service arena for the better part of 25 years and I can honestly say that CWP checks every box when it comes to exceeding customers expectations. Our unit went out during the recent heat wave where we experienced 100 plus degrees in Whittier. CWP brought a crew into my home (all wearing masks) and worked until well into the evening to ensure we had air. They followed up the next day and replaced our entire duct system. CWP did NOT push anything on us, they were very clear with different options and let us decide what was best. If you're ever in need for HVAC service please give them the opportunity to meet your needs. Phillip the owner will also come out pre install and measure your home to ensure proper duct size and again post install to ensure proper air flow for each location. Completely satisfied with the service. Juan Zuniga from C.W.P. was quick to respond and very helpful. Our heater stopped working a few months ago. We had called other companies who were unable to complete the job. We called, C.W.P., in the middle of a storm, and they came out within an hour. It wasn't an easy solution and they problem solved until it was fixed. WE are so grateful we called the right business. Juan was so thorough and stayed extra time to confirm the unit was producing the correct temperatures. He also checked the system and all the ducts. I recommend C.W.P. to all friends and family.

Honestly this is the best company that I have ever dealt with. Recently reached out to this company because we needed some maintenance done on our unit. Unfortunately our unit was too old that we finally needed to get a new one. Juan told us it would take two days for our new unit to be up and running and he kept his word on that.Juan, Abraham and there technicians are very professional and very courteous! They were straight forward, on time and went above and beyond to help my father (who is a very difficult person). They took their time to make sure the job was done right and took time to answer all our questions accurately! Thanks to them we are enjoying our new air conditioner. I contacted CWP from a list my DWP gave me for a free AC tune up. They are so nice and pleasant and accommodating, when I called they answered all my questions and came out as scheduled. Marvin and Leo came out to inspect, tune up, etc my whole AC unit and provided me with a new NEST thermostat, they installed and set it up for me and explained how to use it, they were amazing. They didn't rush, took there time and did a great job. I love my new thermostat. If you ever need any AC/heating repairs/service these guys are the best! Thanks again!
