Antonio was great! He came to do my 6 month maintenance and he spent his time cleaning my HVAC. The company even does plumbing, but their plumber was not able to come today. So Antonio (even though he is not a plumber) crawled under the crawl space to take pictures and video of a leaking pipe for their plumbers to evaluate. Great service!

We had issues with our furnace and decided to call Spot On Heating Air and Plumbing. They were able to accommodate us with a same day appointment and were able to arrive earlier than the expected time. I liked the fact that we received a text with the technicians photo (Antonio) and was informed when he was on his way.

Antonio was very professional and friendly. He was considerate while in our home wearing a mask and booties. While working on the furnace he placed a mat to protect the floor and cleaned up afterward. Antonio communicated extremely well and was very informative.

The front office person was very nice and easy to schedule with. They happened to find a same day appointment for me which was great.

Antonio was a solid dude. On time (actually early) and very knowledgeable. He was able to bring my furnace back from the dead for the winter. He was very thorough in inspecting the unit with the inspection camera to check for corrosion/cracks in the unit, checked for gas leaks, CO leaks. I will have them back out to see about upgrading my dual furnaces to AC & Heating units in the coming weeks.

Antonio was professional and thorough in his assessment of the heating repair job. He gave me information about my heating system that the first two technicians did not.
He also gave me 3 different pricing options to have the work done. A long time ago i was diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. Antonio was the only technician that told me my ductwork was made of asbestos. Two technicians from other companies were here before him, and they neglected to provide me with that hugely important information. Antonio left me with a great impression of himself as an individual and a great impression of himself as a representative of his company.
