Honestly the worst service I have ever encountered I called the number prior to having anybody come to my house to specifically talk about what services I needed and the price range the woman proceeded to give me a number over the phone and I asked her about 3 to 4 times please confirm with me the ballpark because I do not want the insulation guy to come and give me a completely different one number that is three times what you quoted me, well that's EXACTLY what happened with these guys they gave me a price over the phone after the guy wasted two hours in my house doing God knows what he then comes with me at a price double/triple what they originally quoted. I should've known better when I didn't see anything in writing every time I asked these people for their prices in writing or quotes in writing or even a contract in writing nothing was ever presented to me in writing very sketchy company do yourself a favor and don't waste the time

We are trying out Spot On to maintenance our AC and Heating. Antonio was clear on the services he provided today. He was thorough and responsive to my questions about the work. Friendly, professional, and respectful of my time and space. Monthly service fee is reasonable. Time will tell on our overall satisfaction as we receive further maintenance support. Positive first visit.

My air condition was making so loud noise and I called my home insurance to fix it for us. Of course, they came in and told us, it needs to be clean (which is not covered by our insurance) and they have to order a part (maybe cover by my insurance). He also states don't turn on the air condition (95 degree outside), if we turn it on, we will damage the unit. Huh? Seriously?
So.. I called SPot on Heating air and plumbing for inspection. They were so kind enough to schedule at the same day and... ANTONIO.. wow... what should I say... He was above and beyond! He knew what his doing and explained everything. He inspected every single part and diagnose the air condition. I wish I had him before this happen. Cause.. my blower motor and fan got destroyed pretty much.. since We have not cleaned it since we bought the house.. shame on me.
Anyways... i highly recommend this place and Antonio.

I highly recommend Spot On after having a great experience today, and a huge shout out to Antonio for showing up an hour after we called to make an appointment to get our AC unit back up and running on a hot day. Antonio was friendly and answered all of my questions, while showing me hands on what the issue was and how it was being fixed. Thank you so much Antonio you're the best!

I highly recommend the services of Spot On (formally CWP) in meeting any AC/Heating needs you may have. Phillip, the owner of the company is a good guy to work with. I've found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and very responsive in addressing any concerns or issues at hand.
Several years ago, our attic and furnace were thoroughly contaminated by the careless practices of a supposedly professional asbestos abatement company. After the attic the was stripped bare by a different and truly professional abatement company, there was the obvious need for an entirely new AC/Heating system.
I happened to randomly come across Phillip's company (CWP) back then. After he personally came out to evaluate the situation and explain how he would go about installing the new system, I decided to hire his company to do a complete installation of a new AC unit and furnace, including all new ductwork.
The job was professionally executed and completed well within the projected time frame, and even after some system issues arose (not due to CWPs fault), Phillip was more than willing to help address and fix the issues.
Since the original installation of the new system, several of the company's technicians have come out to perform routine maintenance inspections, and I have found each of them to perform their tasks in a throughly professional manner.
The latest technician to come out to perform an inspection was Taylor. He was very polite and throughly professional in executing his tasks. He explained the results of the inspection, and took photos of the AC unit before and after he cleaned it, including the various meter readings involved with the inspection.
I would recommend the services of Spot On, believing your experience with the company would be the same as mine.

I definitely will NOT recommend Spot on for any of our AC needs. We were looking to get our current AC and heating system replaced with a new one, due to the old system we have. We were aware that all ducts needed to be replaced also. After the service guy was done with the inspection, he gave us an estimate of $20k!!! WOW!!! But he told us not to worry, that they also offered a monthly payment plan with an 8.99% interest. And we would have 18 months to payim it off...LOL, that's rich, no thank you! I'm positive we will find something reasonable elsewhere.

Taylor and Juan performed an AC tune up at my home and did a great job, extensively cleaning out the outdoor unit and checking the duct system! They were on time, very clear in their communication, explaining everything in detail and supporting it with photos. Spot on is a reliable and professional company! Thank you for your service!

Spot on Heating and Air came out and did an estimate on air duct replacement yesterday on my sub 1400 square foot home. The experience was so bad it compels me to write a review to warn Yelp customers to stay away. Spot on was my 5th in home estimate. All the estimates that I have done were through Yelp. I am intimately aware of my repair situation having sat down with many air duct company professionals and two company owners. My 3 ton Carrier central air unit is only 5 years old.
Enrique came on time and was clean and presentable. Unfortunately, those were the only positives. He did not knock on my door or ring my door bell. Enrique called out from my front yard. I thought that was weird so I commented, ""why didn't you knock?"" Enrique insisted on getting a full tour of my house. Why? to look at each one of my vents. Only one other estimate measured them for potential replacement. It was a big deal because it was un-necessary and we have two people working from home.
I showed Enrique the Attic access and he argued with me saying it was an attic filter return. I've owned this house for 18 years. Pretty sure I know how to get to the attic. Enrique took pictures and was extremely loud with the inspection he did. Almost like he was dropping heavy items. Even though I gave Enrique the name age and size of my AC unit he insisted on seeing it.
When we finally sat down, the Spot on sales presentation was the least professional. Enrique never explained our exact problem and how they were the best company to fix things. He tried on several occasions to start small talk. Commenting on my old Cabela's t-shirt. He asked me ""Do you like LABS?"" because my shirt has a faded black Labrador on the back. I thought he was completely out of line and tried to re-direct him to the estimate. ""Please provide me with a written estimate that clearly states exactly what your company is providing me at the cost you are charging.""
When I finally heard a number Spot on was a little more than DOUBLE the cost ($7100.00) of 3 other estimates and $1200 more than the most expensive. I explained this to Enrique and started to get the quality of the job answer. Even though I was shown the price on an IPAD I never did get the estimate in writing email or text. It is shameful that companies like Spot on get away with gouging customers who don't take the time to shop or educate themselves with multiple estimates/bids.

My family and I have been using spot on for a couple of years. After dealing with companies who were non responsive, would not take the time to educate their customers. Not showing up on time or keeping us up to date.
We decided to try Spot on. What a breath of fresh air.
Honestly, this company is so professional. They take the time to educate their clients about units and repairs, and give us options. They're not pushy, they don't ever rush us. And they don't rush their work too. They're patient, honest, and they are timely. If there is something you want or have questions on, they welcome any feedback or questions. I'd like to take the time to mention a few staff who stood out to me. Juan, Taylor and Leonardo, what pros! I like how they take the time to explain everything they're doing and why. Taylor is always very patient when helping my mother during their maintenance. I'm very impressed by his customer service and his skill.
Furthermore, The staff updates us with pictures, and texts- so we r all on the same page. Makes a huge difference when a company invests in their staff. A customer can feel that the staff knows what they're doing and the customer feels more at ease. Also, Thank you to Jay for his help, and keeping us updated. I also like that their staff takes safety very seriously. They wear booties in the home, and masks.
Also to add- they love our huskies and our huskies love them.

I called SPOT ON to come do a routine maintenance on my heater and air conditioner. Tonya is so helpful in the office, making our appointment with quick response. Enrique is so nice and polite, he did a fantastic job. He was so clean, did not leave a speck of mess. He is so professional and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time calling around, these guys are the BEST. I Highly recommend SPOT ON.
Will use them in the future whenever needed.
