Spokane Plumbing & Heating has an old school business model: answer phone calls, arrive when you say you will, do good work, be courteous and respectful and charge fair prices. After getting a couple of other estimates that were incredibly high, we found Spokane Plumbing & Heating. They were able to fit us on their schedule in just a few days and were way cheaper than our other estimates. They clearly know their craft and are very nice people, too. From now on, I won't call anyone else for plumbing or heating needs. I highly recommend.

I have had two jobs completed by Sam and John and they were terrific to work with! They were upfront and easy to contact. Their prices were the best out of three companies I worked with and I fully trust them. They also finished earlier than expected and kept the work area clean. So far they have replaced a water heater and air conditioning system on my house. They went above and beyond on replacing a water heater immediately for my family while I was out of town in the middle of winter.

Absolutely outstanding work, complete AC unit installed in a day (old one removed). We also used them to put in a toilet and they were prompt, did excellent work and tidied up afterwards. I highly recommend.

Contacted Spokane Plumbing and heating at 6:00pm yesterday about a constant popping sound from our water heater that had been going on for months. I received a message back immediately that they could probably come by the next day to take a look at it. 8:00am this morning Justin called me to set up a time and was conveniently just 10 minutes from my home. The bad news was I needed a new tank, the good news was they could get it done today! By 12:30pm I was sitting pretty with a brand new tank. I would definitely recommend them for they're prompt response time and ability to get the job done quickly.

They responded quick to my Yelp bid request. Sam was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to figure out the leaky shower valve fairly quick. Reasonable rates and there were no surprises as Sam communicated things while in repair mode. I will make them my go to from now on.

I called Sam at 8:40. It is now 9:45 and my a/c is fixed and the house is cooling down.

We had a capacitor go bad and when I called, Sam was very quick to respond by getting a tech to my house within the hour. Mike showed up, found that it was a capacitor. He had it swapped out quickly as he had one on the truck - our unit is quite old so I was happy they had one onboard.

All in all - I'm EXTREMELY happy with the service, cost, and overall experience with these guys.
