These guys were very professional and knew their business. Justin came and replaced our water heater, fixed a water hammer issue and at my request re-plumbed some copper tubing that needed to be replaced. Mike came and replaced a faulty furnace igniter and condensation pump on the furnace. They both called ahead of time, arrived on time, gave a good estimate, cleaned up afterwards and were a pleasure to deal with. They probably aren't the least expensive but their work was first rate and worked correctly the first time. Very low hassle business transaction which I appreciate.

The guys at Spokane, plumbing and heating are exceptional. However, it seems that there is no way to get them to come out and do work for you anymore. I'm not sure if they're just too busy or what, but they don't seem to answer their phones anymore or reply to voicemails or texts.it really is a shame, because they do great work at a reasonable price.

The previous plumber said the clogged floor drain in the basement was not fixable. He said I would need to have the drain pipe dug out of the cement floor and replaced. I hired Spokane Plumbing and Heating to do that.
When he came out, Sam asked if I would mind if he tried to fix it before digging the pipe up. Of course not. He quickly figured out that the drain's clean out cover was buried under the cement. He unburied the cap, had to sawzalled it off, then easily fixed the problem. I'll call them first, next time.
