When I called about a problem with electric wall heaters failing to shut off after heating to the target temperature, the company's representative said they were very busy and that it might be a while until they could help me. The representative was dismissive and seemed not to be interested in helping me. The company never called me back.

Sam was very prompt and efficient, and his knowledge and experience made me realize how glad I didn't attempt to tackle the job myself!
I also met John, one of the heating specialists, who stopped by to drop off a part and help out.

My heater was cycling on and off. The tech was able to diagnose a couple of issues. The previous homeowners did not change or use air filters causing the system to be very dirty. The tech cleaned the system an found a bad temperature cut-out switch. It was worth the money , the heater has never worked better. Thank you Spokane Plumbing and Heating.

Ken called me back right away and Justin and Amber came out and took care of a list of things that needed attention. Leaky outside faucet, replace garbage disposal as well as kitchen faucet, and another out door faucet that only would stop making loud rattling noises & shaking until it was turned on full blast, needless to say I wasted a lot of water this summer watering my lawn. I found both Justin and Amber professional, curious and friendly. They did a great job at addressing, correcting and explaining all the challenges that I had. Yes I do recommend them.

Spokane Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I had water that wouldn't shut off requiring me to shut the water to the entire house. Sam, the owner came out within an hour of my frantic call. He was totally courteous, cut the wall to access the pipe, didn't leave a mess and charged my half of what I expected to pay.
I put his card on my fridge to call if I have future plumbing or furnace problems.

Stop scrolling looking for plumbers in your area and give Sam a call at Spokane Plumbing and Heating. These guys are amazing! I had a non emergency issue at my home. I put in a request through Yelp for more information. Within 20 minutes, I received a message back from Renee to give Sam a text. It was past 7pm at night and figured I wouldn't get a response till tomorrow. Within 10 minutes, Sam replied and asked what my issue was. He informed me he was aware it wasn't an emergency but could probably get us taken care of the next day between appointments. Sam texted me the next day to make sure I was good with his arrival time. Sam and team were able to fix my issue, as well as another small piping issue in the same area, quickly, and with great quality. Give them a call. They will not disappoint!
