Just worked with Deborah and Splash Plumbing and she was great. I contacted via email and text this weekend for a toilet issue. While being out of town she took time to respond and let me know she wont be able to assist. She then proceeded to provide great information, for free, to help address our concerns. It worked and we will be seeking out help from Splash in the future!

Don't bother making an appointment as nobody will show up. Then, in typical fashion, the consumer will get blamed for the error. Not a service to which I'd give even one star. Poor customer service usually means poor performance. Not showing up = poor customer service. Blaming the customer = poor customer service. So, that leads me to believe the quality of the expected would also have been poor. I prefer to hire minority and women ownef businesses. Doing so this time was a HUGE mistake.

I need to cut short a gas pipe to fit in a range oven. Not many plumbers do gas but found Splash Plumbing through Fritz's Plumbing (also a great company). The best way to reach Deb is through text message and it took some time to finally schedule the work but I am so glad I waited. Deb and Paul Showed up on time, super friendly people and the final price was exactly as quoted (the lowest among all the plumbers I have talked to). Deb also terminated a dryer gas pipe I no longer use for free. Will definitely use them more in the future and recommend to all my friends!

Yesterday I had Splash come and install a new, low-flow toilet for me, along with a low-flow showerhead, and a look a rusty part in one of my other toilets. There are a number of high points to Splash and its owner, Deb:
(1) Deb will answer any of your questions on email, and she also let me know when she was finished and what my charges were by email.
(2) They committed to coming on a certain day and they showed up while I was away working a volunteer position and finished everything up and disappeared again.
(3) Splash's prices are VERY reasonable - yesterday was theit second time I've used them, and it's wonderful to know a plumber who doesn't try to gouge every last dollar out of your billfold.
(4) I also like the idea of employing a woman plumber. After all, I've long been a feminist, and it brings me great happiness to see women taking positions that for so long were considered ""men's work"". Although I find plumbing a complete mystery, I'm happy that Deb doesn't!
I sent Splash Plumbing a check, so I have never asked if they accept credit cards, but most bonded businesses do.

What can I say? Wow! My husband and I are so wary of plumbers that we allowed a 3 inch hole to develop in our laundry room ceiling from an upstairs bath leak before calling one. Splash Plumbing was not only able to accommodate us last minute, they were also efficient in finding the possible problem and suggesting remedies. Im writing this review same day so I'm not sure if the remedies will be successful, but I won't hesitate to call Splash back if they are not. Very satisfied.

I chose this company based on their fantastic reviews and the fact that it seemed to be owned by a woman! I really wanted to use them. They no-showed for our first appointment. I gave them a second chance. I confirmed the night before, because of my experience the first time. At the time of the appointment, while I was waiting at home instead of being at work, I got a call saying that she couldn't make it. Not apologetic. Not accommodating. I won't be scheduling a third time.

I have never been fortunate enough to get Deborahs time as she is so booked, but she always calls me back when I leave a message and goes beyond to help me figure out the problem since she is so booked. She even gave me complete advice and called me later to check if I got the problem resolved. Unheard of behavoir, so refreshing!!!!!! Thank you Deborah and someday, someday I will be lucky enough to have you have time to actually come out and fix problems
