I had a water main break in January. I texted her late afternoon, she got back to me that evening and arrived to check it out the next morning. I appreciated that she gave me the option to save money by hiring someone to dig my trench directly rather than have one of her staff supervise this simple task. She got it repaired when I was out of town, keeping in communication the whole time.

Deborah always does a great job. She is honest and isn't going to make you do more work/pay more than you have to. She gives you options for the scope of the project and is very good at what she does. For people saying that she never responds, please keep in mind that this is a two person small business. Deborah both responds and does all of the work (with Paul). She is open about the fact that you should keep texting until she is able to get back to you. So just keep trying! She is worth the wait (and it really isn't that bad and she gets you scheduled quickly!!). We will only use Deborah and Paul for our plumbing needs!

Last May (2019) I emailed Debra to examine an old kitchen faucet to see if it could be replaced (She had installed a toilet some years ago, so I knew her.) She asked me to send pictures, which I did. After this she never responded after many many emails over several months. Now it is February 2020. I gave up on her long ago and found a reliable, skillful, honest plumber. But I'm still ticked off at her irresponsibility so thought I would write this review just to get her irresponsibility off my mind and achieve closure.

FYI - Deb's preferred communication method is text - which for me, is a huge plus! But it may be why several of the below comments mention that she didn't get back to them (she mentions on her voicemail to text her instead). I called 6 plumbers on a Sunday and got only 3 responses - one was Deb. Deb was actually able to help me fix the problem myself with just one text back - it didn't cost me a cent, and other plumbers had quoted $600! Knowing how honest she is, I will definitely give Deb a call next time I have any issues. Thank you, Deb!

Needed Deb again for a shower repair two weeks ago. She fixed it fast and saved me a lot of money with the repair rather than having to replace the fixture. So pleased!!

Just worked with Deborah and Splash Plumbing and she was great. I contacted via email and text this weekend for a toilet issue. While being out of town she took time to respond and let me know she wont be able to assist. She then proceeded to provide great information, for free, to help address our concerns. It worked and we will be seeking out help from Splash in the future!

Don't bother making an appointment as nobody will show up. Then, in typical fashion, the consumer will get blamed for the error. Not a service to which I'd give even one star. Poor customer service usually means poor performance. Not showing up = poor customer service. Blaming the customer = poor customer service. So, that leads me to believe the quality of the expected would also have been poor. I prefer to hire minority and women ownef businesses. Doing so this time was a HUGE mistake.

I need to cut short a gas pipe to fit in a range oven. Not many plumbers do gas but found Splash Plumbing through Fritz's Plumbing (also a great company). The best way to reach Deb is through text message and it took some time to finally schedule the work but I am so glad I waited. Deb and Paul Showed up on time, super friendly people and the final price was exactly as quoted (the lowest among all the plumbers I have talked to). Deb also terminated a dryer gas pipe I no longer use for free. Will definitely use them more in the future and recommend to all my friends!
