Splash Pluming! Wow what a dream.

I have to say I am doing a remodel of my kitchen. I wanted to move my sink to another wall. I had three plumbers come out (I had called a half dozen and made appointments with them three never showed nor did they call to let me know they were not going to show.)

One of the plumbers tried to tell me it could not be done and he went on and on about stressed concrete and how I should not even try to move the sink. My place was built in 1980 and people have slab leaks and get them fixed and no one has ever said anything about stressed concrete before this guy.

The second guy he was well let's just say very pricey like neurosurgeon pricey. Hey I understand it's hard work and you need to know what you are doing but it isn't brain surgery either.

But then Dan came out he was on time, and looked over the job and told me what could be some potential problems but he said if there were no snags it would take three hours and gave me a very decent price on the job.

The day the work was scheduled Juan showed up on time and started working on my little project right away. Well as have it in all such adventures the job was not as easy as it could have been the wall I wanted the sink on already had pipes in it and there were support studs in the way. Things you could not see without ripping the wall open but I tell you Juan He is the Man. He just got to work and Wham Bam he re-routed two pipes and found away around the support posts and the work he did was like Art that's the only word I can come up with When he was done he had produced a work of Art in copper and plastic.

Juan was fast, clean and diligent. He tested the work before he left. He cleaned up after himself - in fact it was cleaner after he left than before he started. All in all I could not be happier with the work.

Splash Plumbing installed a new mobile home water heater in our home last week and did a fantastic job. I called them and they were out the next day - they would have come sooner but it was more economical to wait until after the weekend. They had specs from six months ago when I got an estimate from them so they were able to purchase it beforehand and deliver the unit in one trip. It didn't take long to install. He was friendly, professional and generous in his explanation of everything he was doing and the operation of the unit. He cleaned up everything before he left. There was a problem with misplacing the manual and their office had one printed up for us and we had it in two days. Their price was less than I had been quoted by contractors and other plumbers - mobile home water heaters are more expensive. I am going to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future and plan to recommend them to all our family and friends. I especially want to recommend them to the residents of our mobile home park since they know the requirements for that type of system - that is how I first heard about them, I saw their truck in our park at another resident's home. Great job Splash!

I have used Splash to do my backflow device testing for the last 3 years and found them to be completely competent and professional. I simply made a call and e-mailed the form that the water district sent me. They take care of the rest and do so at a very reasonable price. Plumbers can be a nightmare to deal with and Dan and his people are definitely a cut above. My advice is to call them first and save yourself a headache and wasted time and money.

Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening (brown water was coming out of the fire sprinkler in buckets bc of the upstairs apartment) and they sent Randy who came within about 30 min and fixed the problem within an hour. I'm super satisfied with the quality of the service!

Splash was recommended to me by a friend who works to restore water-damaged homes/businesses. They were able to come out within an hour of my call to try to unclog our washing machine drain.

The bad news: Our laundry room was built without a ""clean out"" valve, and there was no snake that could reach the problem. So the Splash technician used chemicals to try to clear the line (which takes time to work). I paid for the service call and the labor, but wasn't charged for the chemicals.

Unfortunately, the chemicals didn't work ...and not only could we not use our washer, our kitchen sink had backed up. Having paid for the service that didn't work, we were not happy with the outcome, so I emailed Splash via their website. The next morning, I got a call from Dan, the owner. Hearing that the sink had backed up led him to believe the problem was elsewhere in our line. He wanted an opportunity to try a different approach and sent a couple of technicians out. By noon we were clog-free. These guys spent a good 2+ hours routing our system, and eliminated a giant, rock solid clog. There was a nominal charge for the additional labor, but I will tell you it was nothing compared to the effort and time these guys put into this job.

Dan did right by us, and we are thankful. He was sincere in his interest to find a solution for our plumbing problem. Even though, I was not happy with the original outcome, he was polite, professional, and determined to work with us to see the job through successfully. It is, after all, sometimes a process to get to the right answer.

We will absolutely call Splash in the future ...and we highly recommend this plumbing service to everyone. They're honest ...they know what they're doing ...great to work with ...and they earn your business and trust.

I called the dispatch center @ 10:30 pm on a Friday Night. I received a call back from Randy within 10 mins or less. He walked me through what he thought was a minor issue ( which it was ) to assure me it would be ok to fix in the AM. He was on time, clean & very professional. Price was very fair & he guided me on his to handle the issue with my neighbor above. Highly recommend. Thanks for an awesome experience.

We have used Splash plumbing several times for various issues, including stopped drains, leaky undersink pipes, and the complete re-do of a bathroom from a single sink to a double sink. In particular, Juan was great on these jobs. On time, clean, and good price. We would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Just called this company. They have a call center answering their calls. Maybe on the weekend, I didn't call during the week as my kitchen sink is stopped up and I have been trying to get a plumber for over a month now. Yes it's that difficult. Through the noise in the background (sounded like a telemarketing center) the operator was courteous however she did warn me about the 125.00 fee just for the ""after hours"" aka weekend call. I said thanks but no thanks. The one star is for courtesy.

We came home at 9:00 on Friday night to find water leaking from our ceiling. By 10:30 Friday night the leak was diagnosed and the pipe repaired. Juan was the plumber sent to our home that night. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly, and was extremely polite and personable. The area where he worked was spotless when he left. He gave us advice on how to help avoid similar leaks in the future. Everyone we dealt with at Splash Plumbing was professional, responsive and very customer oriented. This was the first time we called Splash Plumbing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber for any reason.
