High quality work and customer service. I've hired them a few times and the guys are always cool and teach me along the way. I knocked off one start just because the price is pretty steep. For example, I recently had 45 minutes of plumbing work done on a weekend and it was about $300. Only $27 of that was for parts, so the majority was for showing up and less than one hour of labor. But, again, high quality work just prepare to pay up.
