Just awful. I called them to fix a plugged main line. They came to the house.I have a large event today. 80 people arriving. Backed up plumbing and two toilets blocked. They came and saw the issue and then left the house without telling my contact person at the house. The fact they would leave me hanging and the plumber would just take off without saying anything is unbelievably unprofessional.

I was very impressed with this company. The Plumber that came to my home was Greg, he was on time and he explained what he found to be the problem with my shower and my toilet. He did not make me feel pressured to accept his recommendation and he actually saved me some money when he fixed my shower and told me to take back a new shower head I had purchased. The only thing I would have liked is that the service was a little less pricey but hey you get what you pay for. I will definitely use this company again.

Had bathroom sink stopped up. Landlord appointed to have Kenny come out Saturday morning. Came out on-time, inserted his driller, probed skillfully, and in no time my sink was draining 100%. Great job! Good price too.

When my washing machine overflowed it was the last straw.! I had been trying to fix my slow plumbing on my own, but I was tired of fooling around with it, so I called Speed Plumbing.

I thought I was going to have to have my main line snaked as well as the line from the washier, but Lee checked and found that I didn't have the problem with the washing machine anymore! I didn't believe it because I had just checked it earlier that day, so he filled it up to it's fullest and ran it again, and NO PROBLEM..!! Apparently the work I had done worked!

Then he checked and told me the only problem I actually had was the bathtub. I told him that I didn't agree. I still thought it was running slow because of the main line, He insisted and told me the tub was the only problem I had, and after he ran the snake the plumbing is running great. So I am very happy that the problem is fixed and I saved at least about 90$ at the same time.

I called Speed plumbing on Wednesday, June 16, my sink in the kitchen been stopped up and slow going down off and on for long time. I live in an apartment building, The owner has his people unstopping it, in two or three days later it will stop back and slowing down, this went on for a while.
I got real sick of that, so I decided, I was going to call a plumber myself.
So, I went on yelp and start going the plumbers reviews. There a bad reviews in just about all of the plumbers I look at. So, I start calling them and they quoting me prices anywhere between $75-$120. The average price to charge to unclog a sink, all you have to do is run a snake down it is $65 at the most. One plumber I called, wanted to come out and see the clog, before they even quoted anything to me. So I asked them how much he think it would be, he say about $120. So, I called about two or three more and they quoted me between. $75-$80. So I ran across Speed Plumbing, and I called them and they gave me a quote of $49.50. I called about 1:30 PM, and they gave me a window between 2pm - 6pm. They called me back 40 minutes later, and told me that the plumbing was on his way. He arrived about 2:30pm, it took him about 40 minutes to unstop the sink. He, ran the snake through two times to make sure it was completely unclog. The man volunteered to clean up behind himself. That was four days ago and I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Speed Plumbing. I really expected to pay much more than $49.50. I will use them in the future.

Call Center's ""Customer Service""...is HORRIBLE !!!!! It is unfortunate that Speed Plumbing 2000 may be loosing customers based on the call center and the customer service or a lack there of. The young lady by the name of Rosemary is rude, unprofessional and down right antisocial. When inquiring to make an appointment for service, I was told ""someone called out sick and they are short staffed"". Okay.. so what does that mean for me as a customer. She then hangs up the phone. I was not asked if I had an emergency, when did i need someone to come out and what was the problem. Again another encounter with ""Rosemary"" when asked to speak to another staff member, she got an attitude, did not state, ""hold on, just a moment, can I assist you ,etc.. "" Lee as an owner you should evaluate and do some quality checks on the customer service. With this occurring twice, I am hesitant on recommending your service as my friends and family would have to encounter Rosemary as the first point of contact who is representing your business. Maybe have a mystery caller so you can obtain some feedback in order to train properly. I hate to see you loose perspective customer. She comes across as if she is mad at the world and hates her job. - Not Good.

I know plumbers can take all day to arrive to your location. But speed plumbing will be there when they say.
