Joe did a good job in fixing my disposer issue. I appreciate him. His price was the lowest among five vendors I asked quotes, and he helped to get the power line from the old unit as the new unit doesn't include one. He also fixed the issue after there's leaks in some places.

I am a property manager and called Joseph to come out a few weeks ago to cleared the drain late during the day for one of our rentals, he quoted me $225 and then 45 mins later he called and said he might have to charge more because it's harder. I told him to send me an invoice and I will pay him. He said he wants to be paid right away. He finished the work late and texted that the drain was cleared and asked for payment without saying how much nor sending me an invoice. My tenant said the drain was clear that night. I paid $225 him as promised at 7 am in the morning, since I really wanted to be a good client so we can work together again. Around 9 am, my tenant told me that the drain was backed up again. I called him, he returned my phone call later in the evening. The first thing he said pay him another $100 and he will come back to fix the drain, because I short paid him, still have not seen any invoice or answer from him whatsoever after the work was done. He claimed he already cleared it and I owe him payment in full. I refused to pay more and who would? I told him clearly that you will have to come back to fix the problem then I will send you the rest of the money.... he never came back.
After the fact I read other one star reviews and they all said the same thing, he disappeared after collecting money.
Please be aware this person is not licensed and will not come back if things go wrong.!!!
I called a license plumber and problem got fixed .... Lost my money and learn the lesson the hard way....

You got to respect people who love what they do. Joseph is one of those people who loves his work. He took his time, paid attention to details and did his job thoroughly through late hours!
