We recently moved into a new home in a new area and thanks to Yelp reviews we found Joseph. He was very helpful for bringing the icemaker line for our fridge. He worked quickly and he said he will come for a follow-up visit when the fridge arrives. All in all we had a pleasing experience with Joseph. Would recommend him for any plumbing related issues.

Needed my Sewer Cleanout Pipe lowered and slow drain kitchen sink snaked. Joseph answered my inquiries within minutes of trying to contact him. Arrived the very same day after giving me a quote on the project. Very professional in his work in going above and beyond what was needed to be taken care of. Joseph gave us excellent, timely and accurate service. After a power outage, we discovered that the water heater pilot wouldn't ignite the main burner. After Internetting a bit, we guessed thermocouple, and called out a plumber from another company. After a casual inspection lasting only 1 minute, he told us it would require a new pilot assembly - $350. I somehow didn't believe him. I called a few more plumbers and ended up talking to Joseph. He was available and immediately guessed thermocouple. He purchased the part in anticipation of his being correct, and arrived an hour later. That was indeed the problem. He charged a fair price and the heater was back in operation soon after. Thank you Joseph!

On Sunday morning I noticed I had a slow leak from my water heater. I called Joseph and he offered to come out that day, but I told he it wasn't an emergency, so he said he would be able to come on Monday afternoon. Before he came over, he picked up a new water for me. He arrived promptly on the scheduled time. He meticulously installed the water heater; bringing everything up to code. He did a very thorough and efficient job. Definitely give Joseph a call if you need a water heater installed.

He recently installed a new cleanout on our house's main drain/sewer line. That's about 5 feet deep. Everything is flowing nicely now. I'd hire him again for future plumbing work.

Great service!
I had to schedule and reschedule (at tenant's request), Joseph was patient, professional ansd accommodating. He called when he said he would and was on time to the appointment. The drains were cleared and the price was reasonable. On top of that, he is very personable, easy to work with and most of all HONEST. I can't stand it when plumbers act like they are doing you a favor or you are bothering them in your own home! Those happen to be the same guys that try to rip me off until they learn I know what I'm talking about, then they change their demeanor and the price magically drops.

Joseph is a nice guy, but he needs a number of more years of plumbing experience before he can be trusted on his own. He took apart an expensive plumbing fixture, and couldn't put it back together again. He took apart the handle in my other shower to see how it was put together, and changed the hot water settings, which I didn't know how to change back. The clog he fixed clogged again immediately. I had him fix the thermocouple in the water heater, and he put in too long a wire, which burned away, and he had to come back. In general, he took too long.

I had to call another plumber (Arroyo Plumbers). They were more experienced, and I trust them completely. One guy from Arroyo was a specialist in the fixture I had. I highly recommend them. But not Joseph, at this point in time.

He's not ready to be in business by himself yet. If he's with his more experienced friend, then he could do a good job. He's a hard worker, but he needs to be an apprentice for a lot longer.
