I contacted Joseph after my home warranty assigned plumber decided he has to get access from roof which is not covered. Joseph came the same day and did a quick clean through P-trap under kitchen sink, never mention the access from roof or crawlspace. The cost is very reasonable and he also gave me several useful tips on how to maintain a clean drain. Highly recommended if you have any drain issues.

Just outstanding!!
Had a leaking toilet. Called This morning (Sunday) and left a voicemail. Joesph called back in 30 mins and gave a rough estimate.. He came within few hours at scheduled time. He did a marvelous job, cleaned up the area spot on. He was very professional about all the work he did. I also enquired about other small items and he gave expert opinions..
Will call him again for future needs..

Do not use this company unless you want to sit around wasting the whole day while no one shows up! We called Spec to fix/replace a water heater. We called in the morning and Joseph told us he had a few other jobs but could make it out to us this same day to inspect the water heater. He asked us to call him around 3pm and he would give us an ETA. We called at 3pm and left a message - around 3:30pm he contacted us back and said he was still busy, but would probably be done around 5:30 and said he would reach out then. 530pm comes and goes - we left several messages for him and he finally texted back around 8pm saying that he wouldn't make it but would call later. We gave up and called another company to come out the next day. We didn't hear from Joseph again until a text at 11am the next day, and he said if we were still looking for help he would ""try to schedule us in?"" Try? What??? We wasted a whole day waiting for this guy, and he kept saying that he would come and never did. It would be one thing if he told us earlier in the day he was too busy and couldn't make it out so we could call another company, but he kept us on the hook by telling us he was going to be able to see us that day. Just so unprofessional! Don't waste your time with this company, because it WILL be a waste of time.

Joseph answered the phone himself on Saturday afternoon. I had just discovered my garbage disposal was leaking - the bucket of rags that FORTUNATELY I kept right underneath the garbage disposal were sopping wet and the bucket was about to overflow. I have no idea how long it had been leaking or how fast it was leaking but I knew it couldn't wait. I went on Yelp as I always do and saw a couple companies with high ratings. The first company I called couldn't come out until Monday at the earliest. I called Spec Home Drain Services next and Joseph answered the phone. He told me he could come out that same day to install a new garbage disposal after finishing up some other jobs already scheduled. He kept in touch with me throughout the afternoon/early evening to let me know the approximate time he would arrive. Joseph installed a new garbage disposal for me at 8:30pm on Saturday evening. He was professional, courteous, considerate - he removed his boots before stepping on my carpet, and he installed the disposal in a timely manner for a very reasonable price - especially considering it was Saturday evening! I will definitely call Joseph for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

UPDATE 12/1/17: Another 5 stars for Joseph! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Once again Joseph stayed in touch regarding his arrival time. When another job ran late in to the evening he was still willing to come to my home afterwards. Since my problem wasn't an emergency I let him go home and get some sleep. :-) But he was on my doorstep first thing the next morning, once again courteous, professional yet friendly at the same time, and he did the job in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Joseph's name is programmed into my phone now for all plumbing issues. Thank you Joseph!

Joseph was professional and patient in explaining the issues with my water heater. He gave me a great price too. What makes him five stars is that i was hearing a loud sound afterwards and he came out to inspect it at no charge. It ended up being unrelated to what he fixed and was a normal sound so it didn't need any repairs. He went above and beyond though and I would definitely call him again if I have other issues!

All of a sudden we had bubbling toilets and backed up showers and we're thinking WE ARE SO SCREWED. Nope. Joseph answered my early morning phone call, texted me with an ETA, and came out the same day. Within a few hours, everything was fixed, cleaned up, and he was on his way. Great service & response time AND reasonably priced? Five stars for sure! Thanks Joseph!
