Have been long time customer.
Just had tub faucet repaired.
They drastically overcharged for parts.
They separately charged $19 and $16 for identical parts that come as a unit at Home Depot for $9.98 for both (plastic knob and control lever).
They also charged $40 for a $16 escutcheon (the plate that goes under the faucet knob).
When I confronted them on the phone regarding overcharging he became very angry at my accusations and made some lame excuses.
I know that up price parts but this is ridiculous.

I was referred to Speake's plumbing from a sheetrock guy. They showed up on time, replaced 5 bathroom faucets with new valves/water lines and a toilet within 4 hours. They were professional, courteous, and, reasonable, fast. I highly recommend them.

Plumbing is my go to for all plumbing needs. I called this morning with a clogged toilet and they set an appointment for tomorrow. When they realized that I was a returning customer, they added me on standby today, just in case one of their plumbers ended up with some time to come by. Amazing people and amazing work! I 100% recommend this plumbing company. I initially did my research for a reputable plumbing company and these guys kept popping up everywhere I looked.

They arrived on time for each appointment, in which my plumbing issue required a couple of days to complete due to the rain and the digging they needed to perform. The employees were friendly, professional, courteous and kept me informed of everything they were doing.

In the end, they fixed my issue, which was a rotted out drain sewer feed pipe underneath the house.

Couldn't be happier.

I have called on Speake's plumbing several times in the past for our aging house. This time I needed some help to replace all my old rotten faucets and a few other issues and they sent a fantastic plumber out named Kasey. He was the most contentious and professional plumber I have ever called on. He repaired everything and more while he was there. I always recommend Speake's Plumbing and now I'll have to recommend they call for Kasey specifically - what a great plumbing company and what a great asset they have in Kasey! Thanks guys

Over the phone thought I was looking at a $235 problem but when they arrived it wasn't all that--$165. Wow, nice to see there are honest folks out there that won't take advantage. On-time, fixed my problem, and very professional in their workmanship and reasonably priced. Made me a happy camper and repeat customer!

I highly recommend this company. They are very friendly, and quick to respond. The guys gave me an estimate over the phone and after the water heater was installed the charge price was exactly what was estimated. The guys who installed the water heater were friendly and worked very swiftly. In addition, they were very conscious of keeping the house in clean order as they worked.
Other people were charging me double what they were charging. I feel that these guys are honest and do a great job.

I had a plumber scheduled that cancelled out on me even though I scheduled a week ago. I called this company and they were here within an hour. It turned out to be a difficult job and the two plumbers were excellent. They completed the task and cleaned up and very professional. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great. Slow flushing toilet that also leaked, requiring going under the house to repair. Plumbers were quick, professional and neat as a pin.
