If I could add stars I would!! Bill saved the day!! I had a horrible experience with Rescue Rooter. Bill not only completed the job that Rescue Rooter started he also cleaned up the mess they made. I praise him for being affordable, timely, and without a doubt the most honest man who takes pride in his work. I will only use Spartan Rooter!!

The guy came to my house for a sink clog problem and left within 30 min. I had the same problem again after a few weeks. I called them all day long yesterday with no one answered and hang up before answering the call. Almost thought this was an one-time service company who has your phone # record and wouldn't answer you anymore one the job was done...poorly. I tried to call today and finally the lady answered with a bad attitude that is unwilling to resolve my problem. She forced me to choose between having some coming out to take a look for another charge and no service at all. The lady was saying they don't guarantee on their work. Later the guy called back and told me the same thing that basically they didn't want our business and didn't care reputation either. Both of them were extremely rude and unprofessional. No wonder they charge a relatively cheaper price. They would make a lot more money for the second time coming out, which made me think they did the service and left some problem on purpose to force you call them back again. I can't understand how this business exist with incompetency of work and bad service at the same time. Hope Yelp manage people's reviews carefully since someone could post a good review for a fee.

All the fake good reviews, probably from the vendor themselves. It's a husband and wife business, very unprofessional. The wife answering phone call with an extreme bad attitude and acted as they were the only one who does pluming work. The husband who does the plumbing work could not do a job well. 60 days after he did my kitchen pluming, my sink got clots again, which clearly indicated the the husband didn't clear our kitchen very well. Compared to the previous company we had 3 years ago, it kept us 3 year with no problem. But this one, not even 3 months. The husband only spent 10 minutes on working on my kitchen pluming. Apparently, he was either lazy or not knowledgeable to hand pluming work. Be careful of using this company, they refused to come out to fix their problem and they turned around wanted to charge more money on this. How ridiculous! Check the other one star reviews, which are the real reviews. I wish I could pay attention to what they said before deciding using them. I don't usually write a review in public, but I'm wiring this one hoping no one else would have the same bad experience as I do.

My husband & I recently bought our first home which was a BIG TIME fixer upper. We were recommended Spartan Rooter by a close friend and have been super happy with Bill --- happy enough to keep hiring him for four jobs! 1) Repiped our entire house with Pex piping and installed a new water heater, 2) Installed a new shower system, vanity, and sink in our two bathrooms, 3) cleared out all of our drains, and 4) Installed our new dishwasher, kitchen sink/faucet, and range/oven (gas). Awesome guy, definitely has our back. We'll be hiring him from here out :)

Top of the line service, family owned and operated, quality care. My family have used them for years and years, and they've never failed us. Owner is a straight shooter kind of guy - when we debated on upgrading to a tankless system, he was honest about the pros and cons and didn't try to sell us on the upgrade even though it meant he would lose $ on going with a smaller job if we stuck with the simple tank swap.

Highly highly recommend these guys. Support small business. They have a lot of loyal customers.

This review is a few years overdue. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill for about 10 years, and he has never let me down. He has helped my family and a few friends with a variety of plumbing problems. Always efficient, careful, HONEST, and just overall right on. I only wish they did other work outside of plumbing!!! Just had Spartan Rooter at the house. 4"" clean out. Wasn't too hard of a job. But Jeff was very nice and professional. They were very careful in everything they did.
