Responsive and professional. We had a leaky tub faucet. Allen tried to fix it the first time. Not totally successful but I called him at 8 pm, he answered, he arrived in 30 mins, and totally corrected the issue. I have to hand it to him. He was very professional and interested in making it right. Highly recommended. We got him through a home warranty program but I am keeping his contact info to use any rime I need a plumber.

FAST! I used them through a home warranty policy to fix a toliet. Once the claim was assigned to them, they were very quick to contact me and schedule service. When they arrived, they were very friendly and worked extremely quick! Within a matter of minutes, they identified the problem, got a replacement part, installed, tested, and completed paperwork. I was very impressed by the speed. They also wore coverings for Covid. Thanks!!!

Had a plumber come out from Spartan plumbing as they were assigned by my home warranty company. At first was excited finally seeing a tech with good reviews assigned by the warranty company. I have had bad luck with warranty assigned techs in the past.

In this case, the tech tried for about 30 minutes to snake the shower drain, but was unable to unclog it. I have no doubt that he did try his best. Unfortunately, his best was not good enough and his suggestion was to knock out the shower to find where the clog was in the drain. He thought maybe the pipe was installed wrong (but this was just a guess).

Since I didn't have the appetite to redo my entire bathroom, I paid for a different plumber to come out and try to clear the drain. The other plumber came out and was able to clear the clog in 15 minutes with their snake. It was unfortunate that I had to pay for a second plumber to fix the problem, but I'm glad I did. It was definitely cheaper than knocking out my entire shower!!

I tried contacting Spartan to help get my $125 service fee back from the warranty because they misdiagnosed the problem and didn't have the proper skill to unclog the drain. However, because he ""tried his best"" he thought that was good enough and I should have to still pay the fee. Unfortunately the problem was that this plumber was not able to unclog a drain, which was exactly what I was paying for.I'm glad that the second plumber I called was able to fix it.

Again, I tried resolving directly with them, but they told me I needed to dispute with the warranty company. I feel bad for leaving a poor review, but I also don't like to pay twice for a repair job. 2 stars because they did ""try their best."" Unfortunately his best wasn't good enough, but another companies was.....

Alen came to the house through our home warranty and quickly was able to determine what was wrong with our disposer and dealt with the insurance company to get a replacement.
When he returned with the new disposer, he also fixed the faucet that was loose on the sink.

I would call Spartan Plumbing for any future needs, they are AMAZING!!

I could not speak more highly of Alen and his crew. We had several backed up pipes and clogged drains on more than one occasion. He always came out same day which meant so much to a mother of 3!
He always had a smile on his face and was very pleasant to deal with.

In addition he saved me thousands of dollars on simple advice to fix simple problems with my drains.

Alen came by and replaced a toilet for us today through our home warranty company. He was great from start to finish. The first day he came out he diagnosed the problem and told me he would have to order a specific part for our leaking toilet. He got on it right away, but he wasn't able to find the part, so he ended up replacing the entire toilet.

He set up appointments right away, he was always on time, he was friendly and a pleasure to chat with, and he did great work. I would HIGHLY recommend Alen. Couldn't be happier.

Spartan Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to help with a plumbing issue. They called me immediately to set up an appointment. When water started overflowing before our appointment, and I called them to see if they could come that same day, they made sure to fit me in and help me out. Alan was sent by my warranty company AHS for a leaking water heater. Found out that it wasn't up to code. He did all the nesasary repairs and The New pipes fitting , new straps which look like for the first time ,will hold the heater in place in case of an earthquake are sensational! The new water heater is so quiet , we don't know when it comes on. Cleaned everything up and did a sensational job!
