Great service from Al at Spartan Plumbing. We had a tough issue to fix with our toilet and he tracked down a hard to find part and made sure that everything was done properly. He arrived on time, was professional and called after the job was complete to ensure that everything was working. I will definitely be going back to Al for our future plumbing needs.

My home warranty company, First American Home Warranty, assigned Spartan Plumbing to come fix a leak in my bathroom and I couldn't be happier!! Alen from Spartan Plumbing called me within a few hours of being assigned to my plumbing issue and was able to get me an appointment the very next day (not to mention on a Saturday!!) Not only did Alen communicate quickly but he was also able to come earlier then the initial time frame that he originally had available which was AWESOME!!

As soon as Alen and his associate arrived he quickly isolated the issue which was a leak from the pipes going to my bathtub. He was able to fix the issue in less than 30minutes.

Alen and his team took great care of us when our hot water heater broke. Really went above and beyond to get the job done as soon as possible. We had called through our home warranty company and so we didn't have much choice of plumbers but next time we have an issue outside warranty we will call Alen directly. Extremely courteous and friendly and fantastic skill. Knew right away what was wrong with our hot water heater and took the time to explain to us what the problem was and the parts he will need to fix it. I definitely recommend Alen and his team.

I haven't met Alan in person but I have to say that attempting to work w/ him by phone was an awful experience. Indeed the worst I have had with a plumber. He was invited to diagnose an issue with hot water and a shower in our home, and when he called me to discuss told me quite proudly that in his 20 years of experience that he was sure the problem was the water heater. So I agreed to his servicing terms, and as he drives up for our appointment tells me that his diagnosis is only 50-50, which was never stated before. Even worse, when I told him that this made me uncomfortable and was not communicated before (certainly not clearly), he tells me, ""thanks for wasting my day"", when he in fact wasted mine and those of my partner who arranged his services. I would never recommend working with him for anyone else - in our experience he was neither accountable, professional, nor at all customer-facing.

Alan is the man!

He has helped and fixed plumbing issues for us twice. The 2nd one was a 2nd opinion for our home warranty company as previous plumber who came claimed to have attempted to snake the line, but did not. Alan came, attempted and was able to snake and clear the line.

We will only be using Spartan Plumbing for our plumbing needs from now on!

Allan provides excellent honest service. I had a tub leaking down into my living room ceiling. He suggested a cautious approach of sealing everything up rather than cutting out the ceiling to see if it fixed the issue. Other plumbers wouldn't have been so conservative. I would use Allan every time!
