PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Our rental management company recommended Southwest Plumbing when we experienced some plumbing issues. Over the course of a year more and more issues started happening and Southwest Plumbing's solution was to drill, break ground, and spend countless hours ""fixing"" the issue. Let me tell you, they only made things worse. We went to Wes Clark for a second opinion. They charged us 1,000 while Southwest wanted to charge us 8,000. That is not an exaggeration.

to stop a leak in our casita toilet. 3 mos later started leaking again. This company has a one year warranty (if it the same problem),
they owed it and too care of it again no charge. Very polite and wearing mask. Definitely recommend this company.

At first I planned on giving SW Plumbing a rating of 1. The day they were scheduled to arrive, they no showed. Even after I called and they told me a tech would arrive late at 4:30p, they never showed. Upon calling the next day, they apologized, reduced the labor rate as compensation, scheduled a 2 hour window, and showed up on time. While I had to jump through a few hurdles to get fixtures needed to fix the problem, the techs were professional, skilled, and the dispatchers worked to get the job completed. Thank you.

Took 3 visits - one at 5:30, quite long after the @12-4:00 ""window"" they gave me - but finally got it right. And they did not charge for their failed efforts. If a tough problem, ask for ""James"". He is terrific.

Had a leak at the property line and Lelton came out to take a look and assess if it was our issue or the city's to fix. He determined that it was within our purview and then fixed it swiftly. He was very communicative, made every possible effort to make it as quick and cheap as possible for us, and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process.

You guys were given another chance by some third party - so after sending the first guy who was rude, his replacement came and did the work - but come to find out the work was done Incorrectly. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing just at first glance I could tell it was wrong. I asked another plumber if I was mistaken. Being that I'm not much of a plumber and he concurred it needed to be redone. JUST BAD. AVOID AT ALL COST. They will do the work wrong by wrong people.

Bought a new refrigerator, when being installed, the ice maker valve started to leak. Called on Southwest Plumbing for installation of a new valve on Saturday. Was given a noon to 5 pm window and received 2 calls from the dispatcher to keep me updated on my pending appointment. Two professional gentlemen showed up and provided me with an quote to either use a valve that I purchased from HD or their valve. I opted to use the my valve and the plumbers (Reed and Adam) completed the work within 45 minutes. They explained everything and put on foot covers and masks when entering my home. They even positioned my new fridge and flushed the water system after installing the new valve. I've had other (less reputable plumbers) to my home and have been very frustrated. I'm Incredibly impressed with Southwest Plumbing and the crew that came to my house. I was freakin' and DIDN'T CALL BEACON. Give Southwest a try!
