You guys were given another chance by some third party - so after sending the first guy who was rude, his replacement came and did the work - but come to find out the work was done Incorrectly. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing just at first glance I could tell it was wrong. I asked another plumber if I was mistaken. Being that I'm not much of a plumber and he concurred it needed to be redone. JUST BAD. AVOID AT ALL COST. They will do the work wrong by wrong people.

Bought a new refrigerator, when being installed, the ice maker valve started to leak. Called on Southwest Plumbing for installation of a new valve on Saturday. Was given a noon to 5 pm window and received 2 calls from the dispatcher to keep me updated on my pending appointment. Two professional gentlemen showed up and provided me with an quote to either use a valve that I purchased from HD or their valve. I opted to use the my valve and the plumbers (Reed and Adam) completed the work within 45 minutes. They explained everything and put on foot covers and masks when entering my home. They even positioned my new fridge and flushed the water system after installing the new valve. I've had other (less reputable plumbers) to my home and have been very frustrated. I'm Incredibly impressed with Southwest Plumbing and the crew that came to my house. I was freakin' and DIDN'T CALL BEACON. Give Southwest a try!

Technician came out a few weeks ago to change an outside bib faucet for the hose, he was on time and did the job correctly. He even adjusted the water level on my toilet so it would flush better. They aren't the cheapest in valley, but are the most expensive either....Southwest has come out at least 5 times to do different jobs at my house with no errors ever. Highly recommend them

Very responsive, reasonable and professional. They were referred by my plumber who was out of town for the holiday week. Chris arrived within 2 hours of my urgent call (leaking sink valve connection to the dishwasher). Given that we had 26 guests coming for two holiday events, the thought of hand washing all those plates was daunting! Chris replaced the valve in 15 minutes and was professional and respectful. I highly recommend Southwest!

So is everyone knows I try to be as honest and reasonable as I can about the services that different companies provide. I know Southwest has been in the desert for a long time, and in the few dealings I've had with them before I have never been disappointed. Brian, from Southwest showed up today to install a dishwasher. Not only did he do it in a timely manner, he took care of an other few little things without me even asking and to top it off he went off and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he got here. We just bought a vacation home in La Quinta and discovered several problems with the plumbing. We called Southwest Plumbing and Ginger couldn't have been more helpful. She immediately sent out a plumber and she worked with our home warranty company to make sure it was covered under our policy. It was a complicated problem as our fixtures were old and they had to research the parts to find the right ones. They did it in a very timely fashion and the two plumbers (Jeremy and Bryan) were fantastic. They were on-time, courteous and very professional. They fixed everything as good as new and worked with us and our insurance company all along the way. I can't recommend them enough for any plumbing needs.
