My time was wasted and I'm extremely disappointed. What started off as a prompt, professional, and quick response made a complete 180 degree turn. I contacted Phoenix for a kitchen plumbing rough this past Friday. An appointment between the hours of 8-10AM Monday was confirmed via text. Process of setting up the appointment was totally painless, simple, and enjoyable. Here comes Monday, 10AM rolls around, no show. I text the phone number that I made my appointment with (which is an Apple device so receipt confirmation is given) to follow up... no reply... OK... I give it about another 40 minutes and send a question alert with my previous message to refresh our thread to the top of their inbox and remind whomever on the other end that I'm here at home waiting.. let me know something! Still no reply! Even a cancellation or reschedule message would've been more respectful of my time and a display of decent customer service/communication, but no. I would've been understanding and fine with a new or later time. I see all these great reviews of this company, so I was looking forward to working with them. It's a shame that the ball was dropped like this and I was completely disregarded. It's 8:30PM the next day, so it's clear I will not be receiving any form of communication or an apology from this company. I'm sure this isn't everyone's experience, but it was unfortunately mine. Good for the customers who had a outstanding 5 star and professional experience with Phoenix. Best of luck and I hope this company improves their communication and follow through with ALL customers.

Received several estimates for a hot water heater and not only were they responsive when I called to schedule but offered an additional discount for completing within the same month.

Called to get a quote for a broken pipe at a neighborhood pool. The prompt response and quick appointment seemed promising, however after giving a quote I was told I owed $40 for the quote. It was at that moment they lost my business, as I was completely blinded sided for having to pay to receive a quote. I can understand for A/C work as the issue has to be diagnosed & takes time. This took no diagnosis & maybe 10 min of time to provide an overpriced quote ($700 more than the next closet quote) The owner did do the right thing to refund the $40, however I would highly recommend this fee be disclosed prior to confirming any appointments.

Albert came out this morning to look at my toilet. He was very friendly and easily explained what was going on. He completed the work quickly and was extremely reasonable in his prices. I highly recommend and will use Southern Phoenix for all work going forward. To schedule, you can text with Julie. I find texting to schedule much easier than playing phone tag. They had appointment same day and the next morning to choose from. Great experience all around. Thank you Albert and Julie.

Southern Phoenix Services went above and beyond for my family. Our main bathroom and kitchen sink were backed up and I didn't know until I was about to step into the shower that was full of poo water They responded quickly and were able to work me in that night. Unfortunately, the problem reared it's ugly head about a day and a half later and they came out and made things right! Also, Julie was especially helpful!!!

Jake was straight forward and honest. He explained thoroughly on what he was going to do and gave us a close estimate. We had leak in our basement that was actually coming outside. He repaired it in less than 3 hours after digging and inserting a temporary solution. The company was very responsive and had an open spot that day. Highly recommend them and will use them again!

These guys have come to my house 3 times already (kids love messing up my toilet). Each time the service has been exceptional. This last time, they removed something that was stuck and charged $25 below the estimate given by the previous plumber. Now my wife is happy and I can finally kick my kids out of my bathroom.

Jake and his associate, Jim of Southern Phoenix Services installed a hose bib near the front of my home. They performed the work with precision and great results. The cost was reasonable and fair. Jake and Jim were very professional and polite. Jake explained in detail what was needed and did the job. They were neat and clean and I would definitely recommend Southern Phoenix Services and Jake and Jim to help anyone with their plumbing needs.
