We had another pipe leak, so immediately thought to call SPS since they have come out for a pipe leak before and done amazing work. This time a different plumber came out, and I am sad to say that we did not get the same level of service we have come to expect from SPS. While the pipe was adequately fixed, a mess was left, as was a cigarette butt in our driveway. The worst part was that when the water was turned back on, sediment settled in our faucet. The plumber offered to fix the faucet. Instead he broke it and claimed that it was the fault of the sediment and he quoted us for replacement, saying that he was unable to replace any parts in our faucet where sediment was trapped. My husband could clearly see where the faucet was incorrectly reattached and damaged by the plumber. Contrary to what the plumber said, we were able to easily find a replacement faucet head for our faucet on Amazon and my 76 mother was able to screw it on herself. Definitely not worth the couple of hundred we would have had to pay to the plumber for replacement.

Sent an incompetent technician who flooded my yard. When I spoke with he told me to fix it myself, or pay another $189. Too lazy and unprofessional to come back and correct his errors.

Jake was straight forward and honest. He explained thoroughly on what he was going to do and gave us a close estimate. We had leak in our basement that was actually coming outside. He repaired it in less than 3 hours after digging and inserting a temporary solution. The company was very responsive and had an open spot that day. Highly recommend them and will use them again!

Customer for life. They took great COVID safety precautions the whole time. I searched high and low for a plumbing service that would take care of our cast iron plumbing issues. Southern Phoenix's technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, hard working, and trustworthy. They took their time explaining everything and remained dedicated to solving the issue. It's very taxing for a homeowner to find a service that won't take advantage of the situation-but they remained honorable the whole way.

I have known the owner of PPS for many years and watched her excel at another plumbing business as the CEO and Operations Mgr. She did this with the principals of customer services, great prices, and solid employees. She has now moved on to start her own company with Phoenix Plumbing Services. If you ever need plumbing services, You need to call PhoenIx. My 1960 model house is about to get some plumbing makeovers and I'm DEFINITELY calling them ..

My time was wasted and I'm extremely disappointed. What started off as a prompt, professional, and quick response made a complete 180 degree turn. I contacted Phoenix for a kitchen plumbing rough this past Friday. An appointment between the hours of 8-10AM Monday was confirmed via text. Process of setting up the appointment was totally painless, simple, and enjoyable. Here comes Monday, 10AM rolls around, no show. I text the phone number that I made my appointment with (which is an Apple device so receipt confirmation is given) to follow up... no reply... OK... I give it about another 40 minutes and send a question alert with my previous message to refresh our thread to the top of their inbox and remind whomever on the other end that I'm here at home waiting.. let me know something! Still no reply! Even a cancellation or reschedule message would've been more respectful of my time and a display of decent customer service/communication, but no. I would've been understanding and fine with a new or later time. I see all these great reviews of this company, so I was looking forward to working with them. It's a shame that the ball was dropped like this and I was completely disregarded. It's 8:30PM the next day, so it's clear I will not be receiving any form of communication or an apology from this company. I'm sure this isn't everyone's experience, but it was unfortunately mine. Good for the customers who had a outstanding 5 star and professional experience with Phoenix. Best of luck and I hope this company improves their communication and follow through with ALL customers.

My husband and I had an issue over the holidays, contacted the company and Nick B came to our rescue. He was super attentive to the issues and was able to come out within 2 days (over the holidays). Nick was very professional and even took time to talk to our very inquisitive 6 year old. We are now scheduled to have our septic pumped tomorrow. I would highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Nick B as your service man, know you are in great hands. Thank you for your help!
