This is our second time reaching out to this company and both times they shined. We arrived home to discover a mist of water spraying from a plumbing pipe. It was in my basement and it was late at night so I wasn't sure if we were out of luck. They arrived and got us taken care of thankfully and I obviously wouldn't hesitate to use them again. My water heater was leaking and was 10 years old. Southern Phoenix Services offered the best quote for the replacement of my water heater (hundreds of dollars less than the competitors). Most companies require a fee to come up and look at your current water heater and let you know what the replacement cost will be. They will then credit your account if they do the work. Southern Phoenix Services were a godsend and actually provided the replacement quote over the phone which I really appreciated. The crew showed up on time quickly assessed what was causing the leak and repaired that as well as installing a new water heater. The repair and replacement only took a few hours. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs!

After an extremely quick response time to an inquiry, within hours someone came to our home to give an estimate. We were comfortable enough to proceed with service and installation. We could have had the new water heater the next day but we decided to wait for Albert/Austin technicians since they gave the estimate and made us feel confident in their ability to perform the installation without hassle and we were right. Within 2 days, they arrived as scheduled, emptied and removed our old water heater, then installed our new water heater. This process took approximately 2 hours as promised. I waited a few weeks before reviewing - weeks later and we are still loving our new system and no longer dealing with the water running cold after 1 shower. Highly recommend this company's service!

Total 5-star experience all the way around. My service call was initially for two slow sink drains, one in my son's bathroom and one in mine. They thought my son's drain was fine, demonstrated it, and didn't charge me. Had mine cleared in about 15 minutes. My husband and I had an issue over the holidays, contacted the company and Nick B came to our rescue. He was super attentive to the issues and was able to come out within 2 days (over the holidays). Nick was very professional and even took time to talk to our very inquisitive 6 year old. We are now scheduled to have our septic pumped tomorrow. Being a single mom and handling the daily tasks of life I was completely overwhelmed the day we had no water pressure and hot water.
