We finally bit the bullet and decided on a whole house tankless water heater. The tech, Jake, could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable. He spent time explaining how the system works, and what we could expect with our new unit (we went with the Navien 201A). The owner, Julie is awesome. We had some issues with getting the unit to work, but they bent over backwards to resolve the issues! Communication was outstanding, and I never had to worry about them getting us up and running. Also, while at the house for the quote, we needed our pressure release valve replaced, and Jake had to dig through a ton of mud/debris. He did an awesome job.
