Tail end of March we found unexpectedly pin hole leaks in the galvanized pipes underneath the house. We decided to repipe all the way to the street. Tommy/team have a nice disposition, and came on time. We found through the quote process, Tommy was willing to work with us to ensure there'd be hot water by the end of each day. He also cared enough about his quality that he has a minimum five year warranty. One business only quoted 90 days. We've been happy with the work that Tommy and his team provided. They also cleaned up after themselves. When there was a leak within a week, it was due to a wax ring leaking. He had it replaced. When the pipe underneath the vanity was leaking, he also came out to replace with a brand new part that his sub contractor had reinstalled. Bottom line, he was very quick in the repairs. I took off one star because he must really be busy. My parents are in need of a quote, and we haven't heard back from him. Otherwise, he and his team were great to work with!

Very unprofessional. Came to my home to do an estimate on a repipe and was very unprepared. No explanation whatsoever like I had to ask all questions. I was told by Tommy that he would send an estimate and he never did. I guess is OK since I didn't get a good instinct from him, too many other plumbers out there to do this type of work.

I had South Bay plumbers replace a broken kitchen sink faucet 7 months ago. Service was speedy and efficient. Everything was great until fast forward to this month it appeared to be leaking. Called them up and Tommy came for the service call as promised. He saw the ""leak"" and instantly knew what to do lol. Even though there was nothing wrong with the system, I'm confident he would back up his work any day!

Just got a new water heater and I highly recommend Tommy and SouthBay Plumbers. I called yesterday and he arrived within a little more than hour later. He relit the pilot light, observed for a while and thought that might be the fix and left with no charge. Several hours later it was clear that the heater was not working again and he came back. Determined that we could either replace the thermostat apparatus or replace the entire water heater (which was 14 years old) We decided on replacement and he was back at 8am the next morning and was finished by 10am. Great service, very nice. Thanks Tommy!

Tommy saved my butt today! I was trying to DIY a Moen cartridge replacement when the cartridge broke in 2 and left the remainder jammed inside. With the water house main off and being a weekend, i knew I was in trouble. I gave SBP a call and within 30 minutes they were at my door.

Tommy was very professional. he was upfront about pricing and possible scenarios that could play out. Lucky for me he was able to pull off the ideal case that cost me the least amount of $$.

These are my go to guys when whenever I mess things up! A++

He also worked on: replacing 2 sinks in master bathroom with faucets; fixed shower knobs; installed a new toilet. All of the work was done to my satisfaction and I would recommend them to anyone.

SouthBay Plumbers were professional and knowledgeable. They got the job done and got it done right. Very pleased with their work.

They showed up on time and quickly came up with my options. I ultimately decided not to move forward with the work, but I would have used them if I was going to.

Unless tommy shows up, then don't bother. My house smells like raw sewage and the mess left behind on my bathroom floors and hallway was terrible. Poop water everywhere! The people who came didn't know how to unclog a toilet, and then left. I called another company and they unclogged my toilet on 10 minutes. Sorry, southbay was very disappointing this time.
