Worst plumbers you can ever get!!!!

Unethical and unprofessional. They quote you something on the phone and when they arrive they have a completely different price.

If you miss a part.....god bless you , because the guy will charge $50 to go to the nearby home depot. Be ware of these guys!!!!

Extra cost for everything.

We had all of our bathroom drains clog up over the weekend. We called SouthBay Plumbers. They said they were currently on another job but would be available at 7 pm.

Tommy arrived on time. He was very professional. We didn't have a drain clean out so he went up on our roof to snake out our drains. This was at night in the 50-degree cold. He didn't have a ladder so he backed up his truck to our garage and climbed up on his truck to get onto our roof. (He has the experience to know the tricks of the trade.)

He not only snaked the bathroom drains but let the snake run out the full 100 feet, almost to the city drain, to make sure our line was clear.

The cost was very reasonable. He takes credit cards!

Tommy did a fantastic job, unclogging my upstairs toilet. He was fast, efficient, clean and professional. He even recommended buying of Toto toilets, they are better design and never need servicing. I will use SouthBay Plumbers for all my future plumbing needs!

Working as a property manager, I've had to deal with plumbers on a regular basis. After price gouging and general incompetence by other plumbers, I'd finally had enough and set out to find us a new plumber. I'd come across SouthBay Plumbing in the phonebook (lo-tech, I know!) and gave them a call to check on a suspected gas leak. Despite the property being outside the regular territory, Tommy arrived there shortly thereafter. He inspected the problem and completed the repair quickly and the pricing was more than fair.

Only a couple weeks later, we were in need of a new water heater in one of our units and SouthBay Plumbing was the company we chose to use. Not only did their estimate beat the pricing from other companies, but they also beat out the likes of Home Depot, even with our volume discount (after figuring in the additional cost of hiring someone else to do the installation work). The fact that they were able to have the new water heater installed the following day was terrific.

I wish that was the last time that we required their services, but after a major leak at the property, we needed emergency plumbing services. Unfortunately Tommy was already booked for a job and could not come so we made the mistake of hiring someone else to do the job. Without going into too much detail, that experience ended in utter frustration and outrage at the exorbitant rate they wanted to charge! I immediately called Tommy to come and complete the work that the other plumber had started. He was able to repair the leak and had our water service restored within hours!

Needless to say, I would HIGHLY recommend Tommy and the SouthBay Plumbing team for any plumbing work you need done. I know that they are the first company we call whenever we require such services. Thank you Tommy!

The plumber arrived on time which was great. When I asked him to check the sink it was draining slowly but he said it was ok. When I asked him to re-check it since that didn't seem normal he fixed it. The rest of the work was fine and I haven't had any issues with the work done.
