Eric ran a new gas line to our roof deck for our BBQ and re-insulated our furnace. He arrived as scheduled, discussed all work with pros and cons of various options, and completed the installations very nicely. He also took care of several minor issues around the house that weren't planned.
When everything was done, he shared how he tested that everything is working properly. Very professional methodology.

His invoices are detailed without suprises. We'd highly recommend Eric for plumbing and heating jobs.

I only wish I could give Eric and his helper, Terry, 10 stars. I read previous reviews on South Shore Plumbing and Heating on Yelp. Based on those reviews, I emailed (through Yelp) Eric (owner) earlier in the month asking for a specific time based on when we would be opening our cabin for the summer season to replace a 30 year old water heater. He responded within a couple of days. Appointment was set. He arrived on the agreed date/time. Eric is well equipped tool wise to do the job. Did not waste any time. Took broken hot water heater away-a plus for homeowners who don't have access to truck or the time to do so. Because our cabin was built in 1930's I was hoping that Eric had the experience of dealing with older homes at Tahoe. I have decades of doing my own home repairs and I could tell from talking with him that he has many years of plumbing experience. Thank you Eric and Terry for a job well done. I highly recommend South Shore Plumbing and Heating.

I called Eric because of the great reviews, and he did not disappoint. He got back to me within a day, showed up on time, did the work for a reasonable price, and was very friendly to boot. What else can you ask for, especially in Tahoe? More than half of the people I call for service don't even bother to call back. Great experience!

Eric is awesome! Like others have mentioned he is very conscientious and gets back to you as soon as possible. I needed a sump pump replacement in a hurry and he did a great job. He is honest and his pricing is very fair. Definitely highly recommend Eric and for sure I will be using him again!
