Excellent service. Requested they come out to replace a furnace that was on the fritz, was there in a reasonable time, completed the job in two days, and work was great. Agreed to do the work without me being able to be there (I was out of town) and was very affordable. Also, I screwed up payment and they were very patient with me while I figured it out. Would highly recommend on all fronts.

I called Eric after seeing such stellar reviews. He came out promptly to look at the clog in my kitchen sink. He worked diligently on the problem doing everything he could, but unfortunately, my clog issue was more complex than he could address. He gave me the names of other companies that might be able to help and have the equipment needed. He could not have been more professional and he did not charge me for the visit. He said he would rather me use my money to solve the problem. I will be recommending Eric and South Shore Plumbing to my friends without hesitation.

Eric dug up and replaced my stop and drain valve. He also extended my water main shut off so it is more accessible to turn on and off. He showed up on time and did the job quickly. I was so pleased with his work I called him back a week later to install a garbage disposal and do some other small jobs. He was very friendly and his quotes were extremely reasonable. I can't say enough great things about Eric!! I first contacted South Shore Plumbing and Heating 2 years ago for a leak under the kitchen sink. Great communication and super quick service! When my gas wall heater went out this weekend, with low temps in the 20s, Eric was my first call! He couldn't make it out for a couple of days, BUT he went above and beyond to text me step by steps on how to troubleshoot it so that I could have heat immediately. He walked me through it, and presto, I had heat!! He was so helpful and super responsive!!! Amazing customer service! Eric with South Shore Plumbing and Heating is my #1 go-to! We contracted with South Shore to replace our 17 year old furnace. When Eric gave us the estimate he informed me that repair parts were still available if we wanted to keep the old one. He also talked us out of replacing our water heater stating they last longer up here. Gotta appreciate the honesty!
We decided to replace the furnace with a much more efficient unit to lower our gas expense.
Eric showed up on time, worked professionally, cleaning as they went and completed the job on time AND on budget!
