This is a double review -- for work on our heating system (he creatively fixed a couple of venting issues) and for work on our plumbing (he expertly fixed a washing machine faucet issue). Our furnace was acting up during the big blizzard in December. Eric got to us almost immediately and assessed our problem. He was able to order the part and get us fixed up quickly. Our furnace was not working. Eric arrived promptly, assessed the problem, repaired it, as well as performed other maintenance issues, as our furnace had not had any attention for years. As our heater is very old but a good work horse, we believe that other contractors would have tried to sell us a new furnace. His price was reasonable and fair. Eric did another job for us (actually 2 jobs) and again did a phenomenal job on both. He installed a tub diverter on a 15 year old valve (took some ingenuity) and installed a new kitchen faucet along with an air pressure switch for our disposal. Great job and great price!

What a terrific find! Eric fixed our gas fireplace quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He even added in some material to the fireplace to make it look like embers at no charge (who does that?!!). He looked up how the logs are supposed to be arranged as they were not set up properly. He then worked on getting the glass door to close properly (which has been a problem for some time). The end result is a beautiful flame from our fireplace at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend this South Lake Tahoe treasure!
