Was referred by American Home Shield to repair shower valve. Plumber went out there 2 times and didn't do anything. I was told to demo a wall so the plumber could do the work. They went out there once the wall was demo and never heard from them again. Really poor customer service wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

1 star for friendly customer service person and not a machine. Refered by America Home Shield. However, I can't wait more than 48 hrs for someone to come out when all the plumbing is backed up causing each toilet, shower and bathtub inoperable. I live in Monterey and their closest office is in San Martin. Only other option was to call a local plumber that could come out same day.

I was also an AHS referral. I was able to schedule an appointment right away that fit my schedule. While they gave me a two hour window, Kevin was early. He was honest about my plumbing situation, provided options and worked with the warranty company to get everything taken care of. When the work was scheduled, Anna was very detailed and even called back to confirm date and time.

Again, Kevin was right on time. He came, fixed my problem, walked me through everything he did, and cleaned up before he left. I have already recommened South County Plumbing to several friends.

My Moen Shower handle broke off when I went to turn the water off after taking a shower and water was spraying out of the handle area. I called my home warranty company and they sent out Kevin from South County Plumbing.

Kevin was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable about the problem I had with the shower valve cartridge. Since the handle broke off, he had to drill out the old cartridge which was very time consuming work but he never complained and was very professional about the whole job and even had the part on hand :)

If I needed a plumber or had a friend ask to refer one, these guys would be on the top of my list.
