I have to sing South County Plumbing's praises. Rob and his assistant, Mike, came to our home yesterday to address a number of issues. They were professional, educational, and courteous in performing the necessary services. They were also careful to do the work right the first time and protect the surrounding areas of our home. They charged a fair price and provided my wife and I an excellent customer service experience. Just to be clear, this is not a paid endorsement and I'm not family or friends with anyone at South County Plumbing! Both of our toilets and our shower were clogged. It was 7:00 pm, and we were facing 12+ hours - overnight! - with no working toilet in the house.

Rob cleared the clogs, and then charged us less than his estimate because he said the clogs were fairly easy to clear. When is the last time you had anyone come in under estimate - especially when the work is performed after hours?

One of the best parts of the service call was Rob's paperless paperwork. He input my invoice into his iPad, and then emailed me a receipt - from my living room. It's great not to have another piece of paper to file, but still have a record of the work done.

We really appreciate the great work Rob did, coupled with his caring and attentive demeanor. It's very reassuring to have a trusted and gifted plumber to call when the inevitable clog or leak crops up.

I thought I had a potential leak in the ceiling. Called Rob and he was extremely responsive and responded immediately. Friendly and very professional and took care of a few minor additional issues and gave tips and some estimates for future work. I will definitely be using him for the future!

Having a busy night with the kids and I could hear a faint hissing in the wall. No Bueno! Much to my dismay we had a second pinhole leak in 3 months. All of this is occurring after hours of course, unable to reach home warranty company I needed to take action quickly. To my luck, found South County Plumbing and they arrived 30 minutes after my call. Rob responded and was very courteous and professional. Upon entering my home, he laid out plastic and put on shoe covers. He finished the initial repair quickly without unnecessary drywall damage. While inspecting his work prior to leaving, he noticed another leak likely caused by previous home warranty repair we had months ago and promptly fixed it. Price for the repair was not substantially more than my home warranty and the quality of the work was superior. Definitely will use and recommend Rob and South County Plumbing in the future.

Steve and Mike came out to clear a blocked sewer drain. Several neighbors have used them and my turn to make the dreaded call. They were prompt, friendly, CLEAN, and quickly cleared the problem. QUICK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is the kicker moved some furniture for me and chased 3 wasps out of my house also! Refused any extra $. I will never use any other plumbing company and will stop by to just say hi to them when I see them in the neighborhood. Which will be often as the neighborhood is older. Dreaded call was the best I ever made! They don't make customer service like this anymore. Love ,Love ,Love them.

Lucky for me, these guys are in my industrial complex. To be 100% honest, I HAD NO CLUE!

Anyhow, spoke to Rob personally, after hours (6pm or so), yet, he still sent Nick over to have a look. Nick came over, assessed the problem, and we made an appt for this morning at 10am.

10am sharp and Nick is knocking on my door, ready to take care of the problem.

Nick was professional, and the final cost of the job, which we all hate no matter what the cost is, was very fair.

Best Plumber in OC!! I have called South County Plumbing many times for different issues and ALWAYS get honest, great service, expert advice, and so professional. Last night, my daughter accidently dropped a necklace down the drain. I called and Rob the owner answered and the next morning was able to retrieve the necklace. Last year we had a more serious problem, my water heater broke and started leaking. They immediately came out and replaced my water heater that same day. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.
