Sean from SCP came to our rescue on a Saturday afternoon. Another root-ball had invaded out sewer line bringing all household showering activities to a screeching halt. I hate plumbing of any kind and Sean made it very easy for me to move aside and let the professionals do their work. Problem solved. He was very clean and helpful - above and beyond I'd say. Definitely will use again.

10:30PM: Getting ready for bed and my wife asks, ""is there water running somewhere?"" Yes. There's water running... and it's bad news. It's flooding our yard and running into the street.

Our water main broke between the meter and the house. South County Plumbing took the late-night call and came out to assess. The Water District came too and made sure the meter valve was secure and we resumed work first thinound g in the morning. Dispatch called at 8am to get some details and the guys showed up by 8:30am.

By 10am the source of the leak was found and repairs were done by 1pm. Quick, professional and thorough. These guys are my new plumber.

Outstanding service - I highly recommend South County. Discovered a slab leak Sunday. South County had someone here within an hour. Billy was both personable and professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. He identified the source of the leak quickly and was very informative and thoroughly walked me through my options. Awesome family owned and run business. This is second time using them. First time was for a ball valve and pressure regular and today it was for a loose toilet fix. They were available the same day to come out to fix my toilet. Great competitive pricing! I will call them soon to get my water heater replaced. They already gave me a great quote. Seriously highly recommend these guys. We had a pipe burst (3rd one in 2 months) Saturday night. I turned the water off and then waited for another plumber. When they were a no show at 3pm on Sunday I started panicking.

Called of South County Plumbing and they said let me check and get back to you. Called me back and they said we can get someone over there within the hour. Got a call from the plumber that said he was on his way and he arrived on time.

I was going through my new home insurance so I was a little worried but he answered all the questions right and I'm getting reimbursed. Overall, this was an amazing turnaround in my day.

Fixed it right, explained what I should do with the drywall and also cleaned up.

No complaints and I'm super happy they got this done so quickly.

Rob Cortinas is a stand up guy. Referred to him about 10 years ago by a friend. Been calling him ever since for both homes I've lived in. Very honest. I will stay loyal to his company for all my plumbing needs.

I contacted South County Plumbing on Monday requesting service on replacing a single unit swivel kitchen faucet that was leaking. I also wanted to replace a shower spout and diverter. I spoke with Rob who took all of the information, sent photos to him, and then proceeded to purchase a new kitchen faucet. Rob also mentioned the possible need to replace the Angle Stops due to age of the units. Rob was readily accessible via text and phone and we communicated throughout the process prior to setting up the service call.

The office contacted me and setup an 8:30 AM appointment Tuesday morning. Sean arrived promptly at 8:30! What would have been a simple faucet replacement turned into a long process where Sean ran into all kinds of issues, such as not very accessible due to the double sink, the Angle Stop being behind the large garbage disposal and ultimately the water cut off valve not working. Sean turned the water off at the street.

I was pleased with Sean's perseverance and after many hours he was able to complete the new faucet installation, as well as install an new Angle Stop on the water shout-off valve.

Sean answered many questions that my wife had regarding other items and if we require future service, we will definitely be contacting South County Plumbing.

Discovered a leak on a Saturday! Called South County Plumbing based on local recommendations and their Yelp review! We were not disappointed! Evan was more than willing to come out immediately on Saturday but based on the assessment over the phone convinced me it probably didn't warrant the extra OT charges to come on the weekend. Moses arrived Monday morning, quickly assessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the issue! Even took some extra time to fix the seal on a toilet that was unrelated to the issue we called about! We felt South County Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, and pricing was very competitive. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!
