They fixed a leak under our bathroom sink hut when they finished there was almost no water pressure. The pressure had been string before the repair. The plumber says he has no idea how to fix the water pressure problem. Not what you would expect from a professional

We had Chris to the house to fix a leak in our toilet. He was amazing, If not brilliant. Explored an avenue to save me money, and was successful. I have used their for close to 5 years.
The other reason for this post is to remember Dan, who passed from COVID a few months ago. He was my plumber and my friend. RIP Dan.
Whoever manages this company knows how to select quality plumbers. Rest assured, you will get the same quality as I have received.

I called SOS plumbing to install a gas line for a gas top range. I was immediately put in touch with Max who came out within a few days to give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable with regard to all details needed for the install. He diagnosed exactly what needed to be done and I felt very confident I found the right plumber for the job. He also put me in contact with electrican to coordinate the install on same day. He came out the next week and installed the line and the new gas top range. I couldn't be happier with the job and excellent customer service I received. I was very impressed and really appreciated that SOS is a family owned business!! Thank you Max and SOS Plumbing. I will call you back any time I need plumbing work in the desert!

I can't believe how swell this experience was. It was so good! Max and his apprentice were on time and so helpful. They installed a new water heater. While doing that, Max fixed THREE other problems around the house. The price was EXCELLENT and I would STRONGLY recommend you give this company a call for plumbing needs of any sort. What a great experience!

I had a referral for this plumber. I needed an estimate for plumbing for a new bathroom. While the technician was there, I asked him to hook up my new refrigerator water line. He wrote on my receipt 10% off if paid with cash or check as I asked him to put it in writing on the invoice. I went to pay the invoice the following day and the owner said no way to the $21 discount. "" you would have had to pay on the spot"" I argued that the technician Max never said that. Then right away the owner said if I didn't pay the full $210 dollars (no discount for cash) he would ""take me to court and would win, he does it all the time"".
I sent him a picture of the invoice with the 10% off in writing and he finally said ok to the $21 discount. I would never do business with this company ever again. The owner was really abrasive and rude. I wish I had had a more positive reply when I asked to pay by cash! His response was so unprofessional.

Called with an urgent matter and owner provided Dan's name and number. I called and left Dan a message and have not heard back, that was 5 days ago. If you have an urgent matter don't bother with them, it appears they offer 24/7 answering services, not plumbing services. Good thing I didn't wait for a call back. Instead, I got the matter fixed that same day by a professional and responsive plumbing company.

Chris, the owner, and Max, are my angels!!! Bless them. I recently relocated to Palm Desert and have been in my home for only 5 weeks. I had water under my bathroom floor - the home warranty company sent a plumber, who said I had a leak in my slab and all the hot water lines had to be re-routed. Supposedly he used leak detection equipment (I had to wait 2 days for him to show up with it) - He even cut the hot water line and capped it off under my vanity - he wasn't very smart, as he left the hot water on it all other places. I called Chris this morning. Max came out within a few hours. Max couldn't understand why the one line to the sink was capped and why there had to be a re-route. Max did find out the real problem - the water under my floor was due to condensation from my AC - the condensation line went from the attic to the guest bath sink and was between the common wall of the two bathrooms. Max is amazing. Both gentlemen are honest, caring and reliable.
